I bought this little MP3 player for my husband for his Christmas present this year. He didn't want me to spend a lot on him, but I knew he wanted an MP3 player. I have always been happy with my Sansa, so I looked for a smaller and cheaper one for him.

This Sansa Sandisk MP3 player with the black clip...

I got my Sandisc 2 GB MP3 player for Christmas, and didn't have too much trouble adding music to it initially.  Now that I want to add more music to it, it's giving me a hard time.  Sometimes when I add a song it deletes everything else and just adds that song!  And some songs just won't go on it...

 WOW Greater Than iPOD Nano

Great price for what you get - paid $60.00

Variety of colors - black, blue, pink, red, green, neon blue, silver

Small and compact, but not so small you will lose it - has a clip attached, so is easy to clip on to just about anything - also includes arm band, for those who are more vigorously active.

Has a display which is bright and clear, making it easy to read or watch the graphic equalizer.

Able to charge ion battery while on computer or can purchase as AC adapter to charge it up faster.  Has up to 15 hours of play time, which will vary on amount of time play of...

A 2 GB Sansa Sandisk MP3 player with Black clip is a good value for the money. It is from a reliable company. I know this from my Sansa SanDisk Sansa View 8 GB Video MP3 Player. I have had no trouble with that. Personally, I only download CDs.

My daughter had a Sansa SanDisk Sansa View 8 GB Video MP3 Player and has had only a few problems. They were quickly resolved over the internet with email and a few direct calls. But still, she wasn't deprived of her MP3 system for very long.

I believe that Sansa is one of the best when it comes to on line technical support. My daughter was fifteen when she...

First of all let me say that I do love Apple.  However, my first mp3 player was a Sansa clip, the 2 GB.  I couldn't afford any of the iPods at the time.  I bought the Sansa clip in Dec. 2007; it is STILL working, and I play it heavily every day.  It has great features its rival, the iPod shuffle, sorely lacks: FM radio, a easy to read screen, an audiobook feature, abilty to store multiple playlists, and you can delete songs on it.  I expected, after finally buying the iPod Touch this semester, that I would quit using the Sansa Clip; however, when Im going off to class in the morning with a...

My Clip is blue.  At 2B, the number of songs will usually outlast the battery life.  So I use the shuffle feature to get to listen to a wider variety of songs and song types.  My Sansa Clip 2GB MP3 player was purchased on sale at Target for about $50.  Modifying the song list is quite easy as it is seen by Windows as just another drive you can cut, delete and paste to and from.  It's small size makes it easy to  clip to a shirt collar or put in a pocket.  It's quite loud with the right headphones.  My recomendation is to lose the headphones that come with it and spend $5 to $10  on a good... read full review »

The Sansa MP3 player is a great buy. I have it in pink and I think it cost somewhere between 60 and 70 dollars. It is compact which is nice becucase it does not weigh a lot or feel bulky at all.  I also like how it has the clip which is great for working out or when I am walking to class.  It also  holds a lot of songs and I still have not filled up the capacity for it yet.  I like the sound quality too. Unlike Apple I pods, you are not paying extra for the name brand but you still get a good ipod!  The downside to it is the lowest sound setting still is a bit loud for me.  I wish there... read full review »

This is a nice player because of its size and it sounds good as well. It has some problems though:

Sometimes the clip does not hold too well on clothes when I jog so I am always afraid it is going to fall off and get stepped on.

Navigation of the menu can be awkward.

Sometimes the player "gets stuck" and has to be turned off and back on.

Mine came with a manufacturing flaw where some DRM mp3s wouldn't play. I had to research the issue on the sansa message boards in order to find out I had to reformat the whole thing. I did but forgot to save the music which came preloaded :( but the troublesome...

We received the Sanso clip for Christmas. It worked fine for about 1 week. Then our computer stopped recognizing it. It says the item is malfuntioning. I contacted Sanso direct, and their technical support team said our computer did not have up to date drivers. I explained that the device has been working properly for a week, and all the tech did was repeat himself. The item does not charge, and I can't add music. This is the worst mp3 player I have ever tried to use.

I got way more than I expected with this cool, small, inexpensive mp3!  I never would have thought that such an inexpensive and compact mp3 would organize my music by artist and/or genre for me!  With the built in clip, I can attach it and walk out the door in less than 5 sec!  The battery life is great and I love recharging it by simply plugging it to the computer!  No bulky AC adapter to keep up with!  I have the pink one and I absolutely love it!

The only thing I guess I would change would be the scrolling feature.  If your looking for a particular song, it takes a while to scroll to it if you have a lot of songs on it.
