SanDisk Mp3 Player- Sansa Clip (1 GB, 250 Songs) — 

At 2GB for $60 I figured that this was at least a worthy competitor to the iPod Shuffle and cheaper. Then I saw it had a voice recorder and an fm radio. Afterwards I found out I could program the radio for up to 40 stations instead of having to search everytime. This is great since I travel a lot between NYC, Boston, Cleveland, Phoenix and L.A. so I don't have to keep searching for my favorite stations in each city. It comes in colors - Black (don't they all?), Red (which is what I got) and Pink. A SanDisk rep in one of the stores I was in said it is supposed to also come in Blue but he had not seen any of them. I needed it now as my Shuffle had gone through the wash when I forgot to remove it from my jogging suit and was ruined.

That's what attracted me originally.

The sound is awesome. My biggest complaint on mp3 players is the sound. I use a decent pair of headphones which cost me about $150 and most mp3 players have a lot of hiss and background noise. Not this unit! Wow - I am impressed. Mine cost me $60 but this weekend Best Buy was selling the for $34 (Black Friday weekend). However I have had use of mine for the last three weeks so I am not complaining.

The only thing I don't like is that, unlike the other mp3 players from SanDisk, there is no expandability. They call it the Clip but when I hooked it up to my Mac it showed a Hard Drive and the title M350. Doesn't matter to me - the drag and drop was so easy.

They say it supports audio books so I will probably download a couple since I am flying to Japan in two weeks so I have something to listen to on the flight.

Last Christmas I decided to get mp3 player on http://go.shopsansa.com/ . My choice was Sansa Clip: it's small with bright screen , good buttons and big memory storage. Now it's already fall but I had no issues with my player. Great quality. I can recommend the product to my friends.
