this phone is so easy to use! the buttons are easy to press, and even my 50 year old dad can navigate this phone without a problem.  i like the ease of use with the camera and the fact that you can record your own songs to use as ringtones, which my former att phone wouldnt let me do. also, the screen... review »

It was upgrade time and the phone choices for AT&T were pretty slim.  I decided on the Samsung SGH-a737 in an orange and black color combination; my son decided on the black and lime/yellow color.  We returned the phones the next day because the phone dropped calls left and right.  Our house is out... review »

When my husband's cell phone broke, it was stressful.  We were not in a position to buy anything new and in order to be available for job search, my husband has to have a cell phone.

Our son's cell phone broke the previous week and he had to find another one- equally financially challenged.  I sent him to Sam's Club and he came home with the coolest phone I have ever seen- the Samsung A737 Slide Phone.

WHAT IS THE SAMSUNG A737 SLIDE PHONE LIKE?

Because we are all very hard on cell phones, we need something sturdy, yet practical.  I am not a person to like gadgets when it comes to cell phones. ...

The Samsung SGH-a737 is a very useful phone with all the features needed in a cell phone and a PDA. It's very light weight and easy to carry. The Bluetooth features are easy to use and activated quickly and efficiently.

It is not for the user looking for full time text messaging, nor full time internet usage. It is great for the occasional text messenger or internet user.

I was skeptical about this phone when I ordered it. But when I got it and starting getting to know all the features I just couldn't put it down. It is texting friendly which is a plus. The battery is great. I love the extra memory card so I can put all of my MP3's and Videos on it. Great Phone!

This phone is very reliable, i've had it for 5 months and not one problem yet. It's got a great camera, plays music pretty loud, and is good for texting. The only downside so far is if  you're a pro tester and don't look at the keys, it's kinda hard. The key pad is kinda flat and it's semi hard to find the key. Most people won't really have a problem with that. It's small and has all the features most people need..

well, i bought a plan from AT&T and received this phone with the two year agreement for free.  I didn't know what i was gettting when i received this phone.  It looks nice when it is brand new but its not that great once you get it.  It is confusing to use its texting features, I use to text allot but it is set up weird on this phone and makes it complicating to use it.  I have also found that it gets hot when i make phone calls and i'm afraid that it will overheat in my hand.  Sure its nice when its cold outside but buying a new phone aint that great.  I like the camara that it has built...

The Samsung SGH-A737 has an attractive design that is reliable; the phone stays open or closed when you want it to, good size screen with clear crisp graphics, and is packed with all of the features that you want in a basic cell phone. The camera takes decent clear pictures without the use of a flash. The video however is that great, but good enough for a cell phone. It has a mp3 and video player, which is followed by the ability to expand the memory with a built in slot.

The cons with this phone is that the sound is not satisfying when playing music, either the volume is too loud or too low;...

Well this is actually my first personal phone but I have a lot of knowledge and I know what makes a good phone.  Personally I think this phone is great for just anybody!  It takes pretty decent pictures I wouldn't say the video is the best. Even though it look's kinda small it actually has a really nice screen size and resolution It's pretty crisp and clear :)  I've also downloaded a couple of games And they flow great no real lag or anything that I have noticed.   The internet is great when you get a strong internet connection on this phone the sites pop up almost instintly I love itI  I... review »

When I first got my Samsung SGH-A737 cell phone, i was concerned that i would have problems with the slider part of the phone. Now i have had my phone for over 6 months and it is great. I love it and wouldn't think of getting another phone. It's size is perfect for me to carry in my purse, and the slide allows for me to be more comfortable talking on such a small phone.

The one small problem that i have noticed with this phone is the battery can get quite warm. I don't know if anyone else has noticed this, but when you talk for a half hour or so on the phone it can get uncomfortably warm. It's...

This review is for the Samsung A737 slider phone.  At first I was unsure about it cause I have only owned Nokia phones but when Cell One merged with AT&T, I had to switch.  I had a older Nokia phone at the time that was flip, so when I was looking for a new phone, Nokia didnt have any slider phone out yet.  I then saw the Samsung A737 and checked it out, it had about the same set up as my old Nokia.  I now have had it for 6 months now, I really enjoy it, the only thing that I dont like is I often miss calls cause that ringtone is not that loud, but other then that its pretty much a basic phone. ... review »

My Samsung cell phone is a cool orange color and is pretty simply to navigate, however, I am very surprised at home defficult it is to "fiddle with" and learn new things about the phone simply by playing with the phone. Every other cell phone I have ever had you could push the "back" button and go to whatever you had just been at. This one will completely goof you up! Read the users manual (this should be a no brainer but I hate getting that book out)! :)

I have had this phone since December, and I have not had a single problem with it. The battery can be good, but if your a serious texter like I am, you need to charge it every night. I've also dropped it quite a few times from various heights, on concrete, cement, you name it. The worst I have is a small scratch on the orange next to the screen. I would, and have, recommend this phone to anyone who has AT&T, or Cingular.

The samsung A737 is a good phone. It is easy to use, and the battery lasts 2 days! It is a sliding phone, which i have come to love, since the keypad locks when it is closed, so there is no accidental calls. I like it alot and would recomend getting it. The only thing is it doesnt come with a cord to connect to the computer, or a card, so the music and other features do not work without buying extra devices.

i got this phone because my old one fell apart and i love it! the camera is good quality and its got tons of features to play around with.  texting is hard to get used to at first because the keypad is different from other phones but once you get used to it you dont even notice the difference.  ive had the phone for a bit now and its rly great quality.  id def recommend it!
