This is my first touch screen phone and the Instinct is everything I could have hoped for it to be. At first I didn't think I would get the hang of it, but that is because I did not read the directions, so read the directions! Made my life a lot easier. There are so many possibilities that are included with the basic plan, my husband loves watching tv life, it even has the NFL channel. I love the navigation and getting email through my phone. I wonder what I did without it. I highly recommend it!

It does have lock button the top, but then your screen goes black and you cannot receive info while in lock, or if you can I have not been able to figure out how.

I am looking at touch screens for my next choice, though the envy rates up there too. Does it maybe have a "key lock" so that you don't accidently touch the screen?
