Software/Internal Device
As a phone it works great I have great signal everywhere I go not a single dropped call, no static and the sound is clear on both ends.

Touch Screen is very intuitive and the UI works amazingly. Smooth scrolling when viewing web pages or emails makes it even better.

Email works seamlessly built-in email sites such as AOL Mail, AIM Mail, Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail make email all that much easier to set up. You can also add your email account from work. You can set it to auto-receive emails or get them manually.

Sprint Navigation could very well be the best feature of this phone. Allows for turn-by-turn, View Maps, Traffic updates, and search. Search is a great feature within Nav. You can set it to search at your current location or by city for anything from Food to Hospitals or for a specific name of a business.

Texting is great very easy to type on the touch screen. Messages are shown in a threaded view so you don't have to go into each msg to read it. An incorporated "spell check" works most the time though sometimes it doesn't. A few short comings are not Emoticons, Landscape mode only, No T9.

Calendar works great as just that. It does not sync to Outlook so don't expect it to like many people did.

Pocket Express by Handmark works great which includes News,Movies,Entertainment News, Weather,Sports applications. There was some early issues with servers being overloaded but they seem to have been fixed.

Music works good, finds most album art. On the other side adding album art to music can be a pain.

Web Browser is possibly the worst feature of this phone. It tends to freeze up on a lot of popular websites such as twitter, ebay, best buy, etc. Has some issues with sites that need you to log in with a password. Doesn't wrap text well at all.

Sprint TV although it's nice being able to watch live tv as well as previously recored programming it doesn't deliver as well as it should. Pauses and freezes from time to time, voices aren't in sync with the picture, and the picture it's self has a lot of pixelation.

Sprint Radio works great haven't experienced any pausing or cracking. Sound quality is great.

Camera is a 2 mega pixel with no flash. It takes great pictures in good light. At night or with no light the camera is useless. No built in feature to change any settings or edit pictures. Sending pics to a contact is easy.

Visual Voice Mail works great does what it's suppose to, have no issues with this.

Overall
As a phone device overall it works great there are a few flaws as I stated but as of now Sprint is offering and continuing support for this phone. They are actively working on updates and fixes for the bugs. There's 3rd party applications on the way for the phone. Also expected in august/september is full MIDP 2.0 Java support update which will allow a lot of already made applications to run on the phone such as Opera Mobile 4.1(it does not work as of now)

The price of the phone is great 129.99(after 100.00 rebate) with the Simply Everything plan at 99.99 just can't beat that.
