Samsung - Vibration Reduction Technology Washer Review

I've had this set for 10 months and I loved it so much, that I tried not to pay attention to extra noise from the dryer, until this "thing" started: error message on washer's display panel: harmless malfunction. Still, the cycle couldn't be finished, unless you restarted it countless times, rearranged the laundry, made it as small as possible (speaking of energy efficiency...) Of course, warranty & all that jazz, but guess what: it's been going on for 7 weeks now. It shows how helpful they are, doesn't it? They finally sent the part, but the wrong one arrived; tecnhician tried, couldn't fix it and meanwhile scratched the washer badly (surface and front).  I'd been babying & cleaning carefully the entire time I've owned it. So, warranty time is almost over, company gives a rat's ass about my problem, so you decide: whether to pay for that kind of fun, or not.
