Gets off balance in spin cycle too easily. When this happens (which is every time) it resets to rinse and soaks your clothes again. Then it shifts back and forth, I assume to reset the balance but it does a terrible job at that (go figure). Tried to spin again, off balance, goes back to rinse to try and reset again. Takes hours and wastes lots of water.

This is a beautiful looking washer; however, it never feels like the clothes are washed. It says energy efficient but the cycle is so much longer than my old machine. One good thing to come out of owning this washer is that I hate not having an agitator - stick to the old type of washing machines if you can find one - bells & whistles mean nothing if your clothes don't feel like they're washed.

I bought this washer a year ago and I have had to have a repair person here twice now to look at it as it makes loud noises and shakes while in use. I am needing to call another repair person to come back out as it is making the noises again and shaking! I bought this in hopes that it would ast however being that I have only had it a year and fixed already twice and needing it done again is a big disappointment to me!

I use this machine for my families washing. This is without a doubt the sorriest washer I have ever had. This machine , according to my wife, weighs the laundry load and determines the amount of water you need to wash the clothes. We always have to put and additional 2 to 4 gallons of water to cover the clothes. There go any benefits of water economy. In addition the clothes still do not get clean so we wind up washing some of our clothes over as many as three times, granted we live on a farm and I get my clothes dirty but we have always owned Kenmore or GE products and never had problems like this. If your clothes are clean when you wash them then this is a very efficient washer, if not stay away from it.

I use my washer daily and have found it hard to fill the liquid detergent due to the soaker tray attached to the lid. Also, you can not soak anything during a cycle or the dirty water from the soak tray will pour all over your clean clothes. Just an FYI. We have also had trouble with my husbands pants getting really twisted during the spin cycle which we did not have trouble with when we had our old washer with an agitator.

This washer is very easy to use. The good thing about it, which is the energy/water efficiency, is also a downside. When washing a normal load, I watched a cycle through the lid see the clothes were barely covered in water. The clothes would smell great but still be stained. Simple but unnecessary fix was to use the bedding cycle on all loads. Very wasteful but it helps.

I have had this JUNK for about 4 years. In storage for 2.5 years of that time. Now it is a fight to get any load done. Customer support is a JOKE! I think they are hoping I get tired and just stop calling. I will never buy another Samsung product again!

I bought mine because it looked so nice and the inside was large enough to wash my comforters. Big mistake. Clothes are not clean enough. Went to beach and washed clothes after shaking sand off. Sand remained in washer. Tried to rinse it out. Had to clean sand out by hand.
