I rarely ever buy new gadgets especially when it comes to phones but I decided to treat myself when the UpStage came out because I figured it would be saving me money because I'd have a cell phone and an MP3 player.

I rarely ever use the MP3 player because it takes so long for the music to load.  I don't have any songs downloaded on the phone but it still takes a LONG time for the music to load and it doesn't just load the first time, it has to load every time you want to listen to music.  The sound quality is typical cell phone sound quality too.

When this phone came out i was totally in "had to have it" mode. I finally got one when it was about 6 months old and was kind of disappointed. I love all the features it had, the thing that got me was it had an MP3 player in in andyou could flip it around with screens on bith side. The things i did not like were, even though touch pad had a sensitivity conrtol in the settings menu, it was still a pain in the butt. The new UpStage by Samsung is like a dream to any music lover out there. You get the bang for your buck at a very great price for any college student looking on any budget. The UpStage includes a camera, video recorder, and music player on the other side. I spent weeks trying to find a good deal for a cell phone, and after much research I found to be best for me, and perhaps you may find it to be best for you also. THis is a great product for someone who doesn't mind the hassle. I am very deendant on my cell phone, and this one irritates me 50% of the time. One never knows which side to flip to for what reason - and unless you ALWAYS lock the keys - they get pushed all the time. When you lock the ekys and a call comes in - you can't just anser it. Too much funbling around.

On the other hand - the camera is phenomonal and the sound clarity is darn good, too. I like the ease of transfer when I need to add move pictures to my laptop - it has a nice feature where you can remove the memory card to do so. I just...

Samsung cell phone is a great phone. It is easy to use and recall numbers. It provides good service in the Grand Rapids, MI area. I have had no problems with this phone and have used it for more than 1 year.
