Samsung - LN-T4681F 46 inch HD Television
In Janurary we moved into a new place and it was set-up for a wall mounted flat screen. My boyfriend wanted to go and buy one right away. We went to Best Buy and after looking at several TV's decided to purchase the Samsung 46in. I personally wanted something smaller, but he got his way. He had to hire a friend to hang it up as Best Buy wanted to charge an additional $200 just to have someone put it up. I was happy with the price and once we got it home and up I fell in love. Samsung - Plasma Television
I bought a Samsung 50 inch plasma TV last year. About a month ago, around late October, the TV "popped" and a terrible electical fire smell came out of the back of it. (Similar to HondaSM) There was then no picture, only sound.
I first called Sears, where I bought the tv. Almost three weeks ago, Sears sent someone to my house, and that tech decided that the TV needed to be replaced. Because I was still under the manufacturer's warranty, I was then referred to Samsung. Since then, I've been assigned a new contractor, but Samsung is dragging its feet on whether it will approve the replacement...
