The best and worst thing about this phone is its size. It is thin and easily gets mixed among papers, checkbook, and other items that one may usually have in a pocket or bag. The small size of the phone allows for easy portability, although the length of the phone may be a little too long for a standard 'jean' pocket.

 The camera works very well for being on a cell phone, but because it does not have a flash the pictures do tend to be a little dark. On the other hand, It does have the ability to zoom, allowing a closer picture of the object.

 I would have to say that this is a fairly good quality phone. It is easy to use. Great for visually impaired people. Easy to use . It also has a great service and when phoning in to the company the derictory is very easy to use. The receiption is great and can make a call anywhere. I recommened this phone to anyone that has a has busy lifestyle and has no time fooling around with a phone trying to figure out how it works

I have has a Samsung T509 for a little over a year. I really like the slim sleek look to it. I'sd rather have a larger screen but this phone still allows me to surf the net and check emails. I mainly use it to check my MSN email account. I usually check email 10-20 a day. I can send emails and chat with friends.
