Service is really not that good.

Pros

    easy to use, has media player for favorite songs, big buttons, easy to understand menus, large numbers on display screen

Cons
    DROPS Calls, doesn't always have signal

I purchased this phone about a month ago because my contract was up at verizon. I had heard great things about AT&T so me and my husband decided to switch carriers. What a mistake!!!! Alot of the time I have had trouble getting a signal. This has happend in my drive way and in my house!!!! I have alot of dropped calls in my house and no I don't live in the country or anything like that. I live in the city and had no problems like this with verizon.

My fiance has AT&T as do I, but she has a razor and I have the SYNC. She rarely gets a dropped call, but mine drops left and right. I don't have to move from a location at all. It will go from full bars to nothing without warning. My conclusion? Crappy phone design.

people keep complaining about calls dropping and signal issues, that's not the phone, it's the carrier!

Hi, Is it the phone or AT&T? I left AT&T for Verizon because of poor signal reception.
