I absolutely LOVE this product, I have had mine for about a month and a half now. I have not had any issues with this product at all, nothing but a good experience. I would definitely recommend this product to my family and friends or anyone else. I love it. I think that anyone that I know would also love this product if they tried it out themselves. Load Capacity I think that the load capacity is fine, no smaller than my last. We have a family of five with lots of laundry everyday. I haven't had any issues with this either, I think that it's just right. Performance I have had such a great experience with this product, I think that it woks so well, haven't had any issues. The dryer performs so well, it also help to keep my clothes from getting wrinkled, and they always come out nice and dry. Ease of Use I thought that this product was very easy to learn how to use. I didn't even have to look at the owners manual. I did check it out afterwards just to read and see if there was anything else that I didn't notice yet, but even the extra features were easy to learn, my kids even like to help me do laundry now and they can use it because it is so easy. They are 6,9, and 10 years old. Durability This product seems very durable I have had no issues yet. I think that this product is very well built, but still easy to move if needed. Design I like the overall design and I think that it looks very nice. I liked it better than some of the others that I have looked at during my shopping experience.

We have had this dryer for a year, I was AMAZED at how fast it dried our clothes. We have also seen a huge decrease in our electric bill. Highly recommended! Load Capacity I have never had an issue with load capacity- it takes EVERYTHING I throw at it!! I clean our down comforters twice a week, and I can wash and dry all my linens at once. It works like a champ- and I never have to worry about it Performance This Samsung dryer works great and dries clothes SUPER fast! It is also quit. I really like when it beeps and lets me know its done (but it does not beep FOREVER, like other machines) Ease of Use Really easy to use- plus I love that my 1 year old can press the buttons and 'help' with laundry Durability Very durable in the last year- I do 1-3 loads a day Design Its BEAUTIFUL!! When we first bought, I just sit and watched for awhile as it dried my clothes!! It looks great stacked- however, I sort of wish we had room for it to be side by side with the washer. I absolutely LOVE this dryer. Before this, I had a standard gas powered dryer, but when I moved I needed an electric one. My parents bought me this dryer (along with a matching washer) and I couldn't be happier. This has dealt with everything from dog beds, blankets, pillows, stuffed animals, large sleeping bags, sheets, clothes, delicates. You name it, I've washed it and I've never had an issue with overheating, or ruining any clothes. I have complete control over the settings. I've thrown one piece of clothing in to steam it, I've thrown in a full size cold weather sleeping bag (army surplus) and it's dried. The sensor setting is amazing and I absolutely love not having to dry it for only a timed amount. The dryer actually knows if the items are still wet or not and if so, keeps on drying. It's fantastic!! I will never own a basic dryer again. I hope to keep these for a very long time. :) Load Capacity I've loaded this until I didn't think it would actually dry, but it did. Performance The sensor aspect of this machine is wonderful. It's so nice not to have to babysit a dryer to make sure you turn it on again if the items aren't dry. Ease of Use Touch and go Durability I haven't had any issues, even when I thought I might be overloading it. Design I have the red ones and I LOVE them.

This has been one of the better dryers I have used. I like it's modern, high-tech feel, with all of the preset settings to choose from. You just click in what you need and there it goes. I used this actually for a graduation robe. I steamed it in the dryer to help get the wrinkles out, and it worked quite well (probably better than hanging it in the bathroom during a shower like other people suggested). The doors are easy to open, and it's very user-friendly. Load Capacity Large loads seem to fit easily. Performance My clothes are just as dry as any other dryer, plus there are more options for different types of laundering you may need to do. Ease of Use Sometimes the settings could be a bit confusing, but it's ended well for me. Durability Have had no issues yet. Design Attractive and sleek.

We bought this dryer about 5 months ago based on good reviews. There are alot of features such as steam dry supposedly so you don't have to iron. I haven't actually dry this feature yet. I've found the auto feature doesn't work well. After it detects the cloth is dry, it will stop spinning, but often times, I've found that some clothes are still wet. You have to have the same type of clothes in order for it to detect it properly, ie. socks, and under garment in one batch and towels in another batch. Also, it takes forever for the clothes to dry. Even if I set it in high speed, after the drying is done, the cloth is not even warm. Unlike the ones we used to use, it's typically hot when we take clothes out of the dryer. Normally, I just use the set time feature to dry it instead of the auto detect so that it doesn't stop drying before it gets dry. So, I don't think it's worth the premium to buy the senser features and buy a basic set time dryer instead.

I purchesed this dryer and the matching washer after my old washing machine started leaking.  My first two loads were a load of towels and a load of jeans.  According to the users' manual, for the jeans it said to use "Heavy Duty" cycle and for the towels, I used the "Towels" cycle.  With both of these loads, it continued to add drying time even after the loads were very dry.  The machine would get down to about 6 minutes remaining, and then it would add time.  After doing this a number of times, when I checked the load everything was VERY dry but it still was adding time and the time remaining showed about 30 minutes.  I was concerned that the sensor was not sensing the clothes were dry.  On other loads, I just used the "Normal Dry"  and it seemed to sense better when the clothes were actually dry.  I am not sure if the "Heavy Duty" and "Towels" cycles forced the dryer sensor to overcompensate or what.  Now I just use the "Normal Dry", which kind of defeats the purpose of having the extra cycles for different kinds of loads.  I have used the steam option on the dryer, and that is OK.  Had this not matched my washer, I would have tried to get a dryer without steam and without the extra drying cycles which don't even seem to work properly.

Ok, in the interest of full disclosure the dryer we had before this was over 30 years old and would basically burn up everything. However, I have had a lot of experience with a lot of my friends and familes newer dryers and I ADORE this dryer. It is fairly new to us, but so far it has been amazing. It seems to handle the clothes in a manner that makes them smell fresher and they have a lot fewer wrinkles. it also takes a lot less time to dry a load of clothes. The steam option is not something that I have experimented a whole lot with, but so far it seems like an awesome feature. I have to wear a lot of dress clothes so this option has been helpful with this so far. I have been told that there are some rubber balls that can help dry sheets towels, etc. quicker and are a great addition to this type of dryer. I don't have a down side to this dryer yet. There is a burning smell the first cycle when it was delivered but that went away right away and is just part of the packaging.
