I am hard on a dryer! I am guilty of washing very large loads of clothing. However, this dryer never lets me down! It dries even the heaviest loads in only one cycle. Occasionally I might have to add a little more time due to dampness, but only on the heaviest loads. The lint filter is very easy to clean and I love all of the options on the dryer. I especially like the option to dry delicates.

My initial attraction to this particular dryer was it's actual appearance. It was very shiny and attractive and it caught my eye. But, since looks just aren't enough to convince someone to purchase a dryer, I looked it over good. I noticed right away that it had way more features than I had been used to. There is quite literally a dry setting for just about everything. It has the ability to auto adjust it's drying time so you don't end up with damp or over dried clothing. It also looks quite different on the inside of the dryer too. There is a built in sensor dry in there. My favorite parts about the dryer are: First, it is really roomy on the inside of it and can handle a thick queen sized comforter with no problem. More than anything else though, I love this dryer because of it's innovative smart technology that I can access help for it right from my own smartphone. Picture that! A dryer you can access trouble shooting help to from your cell phone. I don't think it gets much better than this! Load Capacity Can handle queen sized xl thick comforter with no problem. Very good dryer, drys your clothes really fast and LOVE all the options. Had this dryer little over a year and I am very satisfied with it. Load Capacity Plenty of space for big loads of laundry. Performance Great performance dryer; have not had any issues. Ease of Use Very easy to use; operates by using one knob and you just pick whichever setting you want. Design Really like the design, but it is a pretty good size dryer and is not good for small areas. This dryer also has a steam clean option that is very good with clothes that need pressed.

My husband and I purchased this dryer along with the matching washer a year or so ago, and I can't say hardly enough good things about it!! Before the samsung machines, we had some newer GE machines that just weren't doing their jobs. The washer was a nightmare, and the dryer was so much worse! I haven't had any problems with this new dryer at all! There are multiple settings to chose from to make your life that much easier! Anything from sensored drying depending on if the item is sensed to be dry, timed drying, delicate drying, etc. I ususally use the sensored drying for most of my items, but there are times, for example, that I have my thick bedding that the sensor can't sense all the way thorough the item. Thats when the timed drying comes handy! There are also many other options that I haven't used quite yet, and not sure if I will ever need them, but they are there if needed to use at a given time! I would definitely recommend this dryer to any household that is looking for a new washer/dryer set!

The Samsung Steam Dryer is one of my favorite purchases for my home. After years of dealing with awful, low quality dryers in apartments or laundry mats, my husband and I were intent on getting a high quality unit. While shopping, it appeared that this unit was middle of the road in terms of pricing. However, the value is superb for the quality. The Samsung name is what lead us to explore this product initially. We have Samsung televisions and phones and have come to know Samsung as a high quality, reputable brand. Admittedly, I also loved the design. It came in a few colors, which was nice to have a selection to choose from. While I had first been drawn to the chrome red design, we ended up with the charcoal chrome look and love it! It is sleek and really beautiful. Also, it is easy to match if you end up changing your laundry room décor. It has now been about 18 months since the purchase and I am quite pleased with the high quality of the dryer. First, there has been no wear and tear- and we use our unit a lot. With two adults in the house, small children and two puppies, we have quite a lot of laundry! The unit runs as well as it did back in 2012 and has no superficial wear and tear or problems with the hinges on the front loader. Another huge plus is the ease of use. While there are many different cycle options, it is not confusing or misleading. And while it is always a good idea to look through the manual, it is not necessary to read through it to figure out the different cycle functions. A huge selling point for us is that it is energy efficient. Despite the extensive use of the dryer, our electric bill barely crept up. As the price of electricity climbs in many areas, you cannot beat the value of having an energy efficient unit! In terms of space, we were looking for a unit to fit into a tight spot. We have a laundry nook, rather than a separate open laundry room, so we were looking for the front-loading stackable units. The dryer fit perfectly! Another convenient and economically advantageous option is the steam cycle. Rather than buying a hand held steamer, you can simply through wrinkled clothing in and select the steam cycle. The results have been great and I use it fairly frequently. It is unbelievably time saving, as I hate to iron or hand steam. The option is also great for clothing that is clean, but just may be a little wrinkled. The load capacity is another huge plus. A big issue with dryers can be they're small capacity for a load of laundry, but this unit is quite spacious. I never have an issue fitting in large loads or oversized comforters and blankets. A lot of dryers are unable to fully dry larger loads, leaving clothing partially wet. This was an issue I have had with many dryers in the past and I am pleased to say it has not happened with the Samsung unit. I have put this to the test by throwing in two comforters and a ton of bed sheets. Every piece came out fully dried. I attribute this to the sensor function, which works quite well. Also of note- is just as good as when we purchased it. The unit is also very gentle on clothes. Many dryers can cause a lot of wear and tear, even with a few dryer sheets thrown in. This dryer is easy on your clothing and linens, even on regular drying cycles. Overall, my husband and I are unbelievably happy with the Samsung Dryer. It is a wonderful, high quality product that was built to last. Based on our continued success with the Samsung brand, we also purchased the matching Samsung washer unit to go with the dryer. The unit is a sleek, attractive appliance that adds a nice touch to our laundry nook aesthetically. The energy efficiency and time saving options make life a little easier for those of us trying to cut back on bills and chores.

This dryer is very easy to use and has many useful settings. I like that the screen is digital and that the selection knob lights up. The steam dry feature is very useful and has saved time ironing. Load Capacity No matter how much I put in the dryer the clothes come out dry.

My husband and I purchased this Dryer as a set. We absolutely can't say enough great things about it! I did my research before purchasing and I'm fully confident we made the best choice! One of my biggest pet-peeves is having wrinkled clothes just a FEW minutes after the dryer shuts off (with our old model). This is why I was so excited to try out the STEAM feature! I tossed in a few wrinkled pieces of clothing and waited just a few minutes. Each piece came out wrinkle-FREE!!! It's perfect for us and our crazy-busy work schedules and having 3 young children. This gets us all out the door in record time! It's quiet too! That is a huge plus for us with a new baby and when company is over. I can do laundry and be the only one who secretly knows about it! hee hee! Samsung is by far superior quality than most models we looked at! I am in love! Load Capacity BIG LOADS. It gets no better than this! Performance I love dry and wrinkle-free our clothing is! Ease of Use My kids use it! My 4 and 7 year old can do laundry now (with one of us over-seeing) it's THAT simple! This dryer looks great in my laundry room. It has worked so well for the past 2 years without any problems. There are so many settings that sense how much more time clothes need, mostuire remaining and my favorite, is the steam feature. If I have a shirt with a few wrinkle I through it in for the 10 minute steam cycle and its perfect. Load Capacity I can do large loads including my King size comforter. Performance I have had to have a few glitches repaired. Ease of Use Simple and not so many options that you get confused. Durability Tough Design Crisp white color matches all decor options.
