The Samsung has a limited range of features but is a nice basic phone. It is capable of text messaging, and although it doesn't have a QWERTY keyboard it does have an autofill feature that allows you to hit most keys only once while entering your message. It has a camera, although the resolution is limited. The clamshell design is less likely to result in accidental keystrokes than a "candy bar" style. This is one of the best offerings you can get for use with T-Mobile prepaid service. I bought it just before Christmas when it was on sale for $40. At that price it's a lot of phone for the money, especially when you consider that the prepaid service is only $100 for 1000 minutes that are good for a year and can be rolled over.
