boo...even for a free phone this one sucks

ok...like most people this was my free phone with contract...I should have spent a few bucks and gotten something with more umph....Half the time it sounds like I am in a tunnel, talking on this phone. I live in a decent sized city, and should get better reception then I do with this phone, but alas...it sucks...I'm not saying you need an iphone to be happy, but this phone makes me so far from happy, its not even a joke. My ex wont talk to me when I call from it, because the quality is so bad, if that gives you any idea.
