Got this as my Verizon Wireless upgrade last fall after much research. Liked the fact that it had a speaker you could use with the phone closed. Over all, I like it but it has a few quirks. The biggest downside is that often times the phone winds up on speaker when it's closed and I have no idea! The phone rings and I don't answer it and all of a sudden I hear someone saying hello! The phone answers the call and they can hear my background conversation and that is NOT good since I use this phone to forward my business line after hours! The other downside is that you have to jump through hoops to change from ringer to vibrate. My last phone had one key you could press to change to vibrate.
