The Samsung S630 Digital Camera is fairly inexpensive and well worth the money. I get great pictures every time. There are several picture options available with this little dynamo like auto, scenery, portrait , night, bright light and more. Zoom in on your target or zoom out.… read full review »

I would recommend this camera only if someone wanted to spend about 100 bucks for a camera. It's not a bad camera, picture quality is good. The battery life sucks. I took about 10 pictures with the batteries that came included witht the camer and then I started getting the low battery message. I… read full review »

This is the first digital camera I've purchased for myself.  The others I've had were gifts.  I read some reviews and did some price comparisons, and when I found this camera on sale at Circuit City for 89 bucks, I jumped on that deal.  I am amazed at how good the quality is on this camera!  I was looking for something that could focus close up on small objects, as I am a jewelry maker.  This camera really does a fantastic job on macro mode and I have been thrilled with the results.  I truly do take it with me everywhere.  I've recommended it to several… read full review »

Granted, the price was pretty nice (a little over 100 at the time on sale). But I would expect clear sharp pictures from a camera the has nearly twice the megapixels of the one I gave away which we were quite happy with by the way. — — We purchased this camera (in silver and one in green for our daughter) as a replacement to a 3.2 megapixel Canon S series camera. I'm still kicking myself for letting my son have that little Elph. The Samsung S630 boasts a higher megapixel per frame and for all it's worth; while having similar features, it just doesn't measure up to the point… read full review »

This is the 3rd camera I have owned and of the three, this is by far the easiest to use. You can edit your pictures on the camera itself before you transfer them to your computer. Close ups or cropped pictures are now as easy as one, two, three!! The self timer has 3 settings: 2 seconds, ten seconds and double picture mode! YES! Two pictures on the self timer! If you mess up the first self timer picture you have approximately 10 seconds to adjust yourself or your position before the camera takes another shot. There are 10 different actual camera settings on the dial on top of the… read full review »

I am very impressed with this camera. It is my first real digital, and it is easy to use. It has a zoom, and an auto setting so that I can take quick pictures.  I have spent the summer with my grandkids, and traveling to Yellowstone Park.  I have taken many photos of both.  The only thing about digital photography that I do not like is the delay between pushing the button, and the camera actually taking the picture.  I have lost several shots that way, especially when taking pictures of a fast moving baby.  My husband has an expensive camera, and it does the… read full review »

The camera has a lot of features; I haven't discovered all of them, as the full manual is only on the CD that the camera came with. It really does need a printed manual!! Other than that, I've been very happy with it. It has a 3x optical zoom and a 5x digital, although the 3x by itself is almost always enough. But one of the greatest features is that you can create audio in 3 different ways--as part of a video clip, on its own, or as a "caption" on a photo (never forget where you took that odd photo again!). As with all digital cameras, you need a large SD card if you plan on taking… read full review »

The Samsung S630 is really a great camera for someone looking for something that's not enormous, that takes quality photographs and is easy to use.  This camera has an extremely helpful, printed user's manual that comes with it.  It also comes in a variety of colors, to suit the owners personality. It has an automatic setting and a manual setting, so if you're unsure of how to really use the camera, you can go for the automatic setting and if you're more experienced you can set some of your own settings.  It has the option to add cute little graphics to your photos, right in… read full review »

I love this camera! Mine is silver. I got it for christmas last year and it is the best! I have taken over 6,000 pictures with my samsung! The only thing that I dont like it the batterys die so fast so I bought rechargeable batterys they are so much better! You can do all kinds of thing with this camera. There are many types of affects such as black and white, Sepia, negitve, red , blue and green. You can also add frames to your pictures! What I have been using most lately is a feture on my cam that you can make up to 4 pics one. This camera is very easy to use i didnt read the manual to do… read full review »

I just want to say I have had the Samsung camera for months now and I do not regret buying it. I have took I bet over 1,000 photos with it and it takes the best pictures. I have taken night time pictures with it and it will say low light but still will produce the best pictures. We went out one night and no one else camera would work at night but mine. I have even gotten photos blown up to 5 x 7 and 8 x 10 and it still produced just as good as a 4 x 6. I even talking my husband into getting one as well. This is the best camera I have ever owned and I will tell anyone get this camera you will… read full review »

This camera is the best inexpensive camera ever. In various stores, the price ranges from $98-$129. I tried every camera in BrandSmart and this definitely has a better zoom than cameras that cost 3oo and 400 dollars. Its also very user friendly and fun. It offers many frames, stickers, and other options to decorate your pictures. Although it is not the smallest camera, it is definitely… read full review »

I bought the camera because it had different colors to chose from so I wouldn't get mine confused with other people's and it does really stand out. The features are great, but I generally stick with auto and take photos and they turn out great. It's fun and simple to use, but it eats AA Batteries fast. Use rechargeable and carrry… read full review »

This camera works fine for the price, but the colors and exposure of the final prints are often significantly off from how they show up on the screen of the camera. The settings are not as helpful as they could be and it doesn't take very good photos indoors. Outdoors it does… read full review »
