We purchased this refrigerator over 5 years ago and have been very happy with it! There have been no technical problems, our food has been cooled reliably and it has been very easy to care for. One of my favorite things is the dual cooling system, which has worked as Samsung promised. Even though we've often kept things with strong odors in it (garlic, fish, etc.) we have had no trouble with flavor contamination! The main selling point for us at first was the unusual size (it's shallower than most fridges), which was necessary for the refrigerator space in our kitchen. We were concerned about it being large enough to serve a family of five, but it has not been a problem! Although we'll never fit a side of beef in it, and I occasionally have to use some creativity fitting in particularly large items, it has never been a real problem. My only gripe is that the shelves have a very limited number of placement options. Otherwise, the freezer keeps itself very clean, the temperatures are easy to set and maintained reliably, and the unit runs so quietly you sometimes wonder if it's on! I would recommend this fridge to anyone! Noise Level You can barely hear it!

It has been great for many years and we have not replaced it yet. One of the best features was how it was only one door instead of two. It allowed it to fit are home perfectly. It us a very slick design and matches are needs. Although the sound of ice is quite loud sometimes, bit other than that it is just the best one are family has had so far.
