I say this product delivery is great its up to date with the competition and can be found in any electronic outlets close to you. I never had a bad samsung product. Ease of Use Its really easy to use and it comes with a bunch of stuff already packed in so you wont have to worry about how to and what to do. Its really a good product and comes with the latest software engines so you will be up to date with everything. Battery Life Battery life is not bad can last up to 5-10 hours compared to other laptops thats pretty impressive. I have had older laptops and they have died very sooner than this which really is bad especially if your away or chatting online and you forget to charge. Support & Service Has all up to date stuff in it and you can even upgrade and it comes with a 1 warranty and you can always add more i say add more because you want your stuff to last . Speed/Performance Speed is pretty good and up to date with the speeds out there today but then it all depends what type of service connections you have at home. Design NIce sleek design Durability This stuff is tough and its of good quality .

this is a great Lap Top for the price. I have had HP and Dell Lap Tops previously and the Samsung is much better. The Samsung is a great lap top for business and pleasure use. It is fast, durable and light wieght. I would reccomend Samsung over HP or Dell anytime. The Samsung Lap Top's customer service is also better than the other lap tops I have purchased. They are freindly and prompt with their service. Although I would prefer to purchase an american made product it seems that the foreign product are made better and better in price. My other lap tops wouuld freeze up and if you have teenagers within a few months they were just about useless. The samsung lap top has held up extremely well. I use if for both business and pleasure so therefore I need a dependable lapt top and the sams sung is my choice. When I a ready to purchase another lap top I will defintely be looking at the sam sung lap tops. I have seen many deals already on the lap tops and normally I would purchase a different lap top second time around because I usually find problems with the current one. I will stick with samsung this time. My children also prefer the samsung over the HP and Dell. they are very satisfied the lap top for both gaming and school work. We actuaully fight over it so it may arleady be time to purchase a 2nd. sam sung. I highly reccomend this product for any of your computer/lap top needs.

I recieved the N145-Jp01us about a year and a half ago as a gift from my husband. I needed a portable laptop that I could take on trips. I was immediately impressed with this netbook. The first thing that caught my attention was how absolutely lightwieght and portable it was. It has 3 USB ports for the various things you might plug into the netbook and the keyboard is easy to type on.It has a built in microphone and webcam. It came with Windows 7 starter and I found the netbook starts up pretty quickly. I was especially impressed by the battery life and even now after a year and a half, the battery life is still about 6 hours. I haven't had any real problems with the netbook since I got it. I would recommend this netbook to anyone who is looking for a netbook.

I love my Samsung Netbook!! I am always online shopping, researching, listing products, doing research, so this little netbook is perfect. The Samsung Netbook is lightweight and super portable. It is great for all your basic needs and you can bump up the screen resolution (which they do not recommend, but makes it so much better) so you can watch movies and shows on Netflix or whatever site you stream from. This netbook charges up very fast and the battery lasts a long time. It even shows you how much time you have left before it needs to charge as well as the battery percentage which I find helpful. I love that it comes installed with Windows 7 starter Windows 7 is great. It has USB pots and places for a mouse, speakers, and headphones. The cord for the charger is nice and long which I also find useful. The pages load quickly and it doesn't go back a page for no reason like my last Netbook used to do.It has good online support built in and an instruction manual already downloaded. This is a great product for all your basic online needs and more. I have had no problems with it and highly recommend it. I just recently got the Samsung N145 Plus netbook. It has Windows 7 starter pack installed in it. It is the best little netbook!! It is very quick and the keyboard is almost the size of a regular keyboard. I would highly recommend this to anyone who just wants to surf the web or check their email. I take this with me EVERYWHERE!! It is great to use while out.
