We got our Samsung HDTV about 8 months ago and we LOVE IT!!!  Great TV, great picture, great sound (although we do have a Samsung surround sound system attached so that helps the sound).  It's a really nice, sleek TV, looks great in our living room.  It's especially nice when we get to watch shows or movies in HD, that's when you really get to see how good it looks.  Quite a change from my old 27 inch CRTV!  Everything has worked out really well, we haven't had any problems so far...so haven't needed the extended warranty yet.  We haven't had to deal with the company itself or anything, so... review »

I love this television.  The picture is amazing.  Never has Brad Pitt looked so good as he did when I watched Troy on the set.  Crisp, clear picture every time.  Easy to use.  the functions are easy to find and operate. Affordable making purchasing a television a easty decision.

This TV is awesome.  The only problem is that it does not come in a bigger size.  Go get it!  It is great for those who like sports.  The action is right in your face.  It makes you feel ia if you are right there in the spot.  The HD is awesome.  You can see the sweat coming off of the foreheads as the players play.

Purchased two Samsung 40" hd-tv's in the last year and have been overly satisified with the quality.  Each of the tv's have two HDMI outputs!  Spend the extra money to buy an hdmi to hdmi cable because it will limit the amount of wiring to your tv, dvd, vcr etc.  Also, the hdmi cable takes the place of the other cables that you would hook up.  The resolution on the tv is outstanding.  I suscribe to direct tv and must say that the picture quality on the HD broadcasts are outstanding.  When I watch the ESPN channel with basketball games and then watch the game on regular tv it is totally different. ...

This was my first purchase of a high-end television set. I researched both the LCD & Plasma sets & decided that for my needs, I would go with the LCD. The room it was to go in was filled wih light & I was warned that a Plasma would reflect too much light & make for a bad viewing experience. Our 32" Sony had died after 10 years of use. We were moving into our newly built home & decided to treat ourselves to a big-screen TV. I wanted a flat panel so that I could move it by myself when cleaning. I just purchased this television and from what I have seen it is one heck of a TV.  It is high quality and has three HDMI inputs as well as a USB port to connect your computer. The television has a 10,000:1 contrast ration which allows the television to display an incredibly beautiful picture.  Also the television has an eight millisecond response time which is plenty fast enough to keep up with any action movie or any sporting event that you might have the urge to watch.  I purchased a three year extended warranty for this TV just for the peace of mind.  I hope that I won't need it but I... review »

Bought this TV for my spouse.  Started out with an HP plasma purchased at Best Buy and installed it.  The analog signal was pixelating and horrible.  I boxed it up and took it back the next day.

This TV was a great price for the money and works absolutely perfectly with my new PS3 system.  3 HDMI connections allows me to connect multiple Digital components to it with ease.  Also bought a Samsung Blu-ray player for those wonderful HD movie experiences.  This is because the PS3 does not upconvert standard DVD's to HD.

 

Can't wait for Digital Cable to come to my area so I can truly appreciate...

Excellent TV at a great price

We had a 10yr old 27" JVC CRT Tv that had the picture tube go out.  We also have a home theater in our basement that has a 720p projector and a 119" screen.  Because of the home theater when our "upstairs" TV when out, I started looking for bargain LCDs in the 32" range.

Fortunately for me I found a great deal on this set.  It was about the same price as a 42" Westinghouse, but the picture quality (especially the black level) was far and away better.  We have had the tv for only a few days now, but so far I have no complaints, or regrets about my decision.

The review I wrote for the 4065 was in error, I clicked on the wrong TV.

This TV is really nice so far. I have only had it for 2 days, but had the 4042 for 2 weeks. I can say whole-heartedly that the 1080 P is the way to go if you have a PS3 and/or Blu-Ray disc player. The picture is crisp and clear. No blurring, ghosting, or pixelation like the 720p had. The sound is a little more obscure with this model, but still sounds good, especially with the surround sound option on.

I will be sure to update after a while. I have not really gotten that much time to pick this TV over as my son and husband... review »

This is an absolute MUST for anyone looking to get a new HDTV!..BUT, the price is a little high in my opinion, I never would have been able to afford one if I never got mine for FREE! Luckily a friend recommended me this website before I went and bought one:

We did alot of research before purchasing this TV and we are without a doubt 100% satisfied! We purchased it for $900 and it is being paid off through a electronics store credit card.  It is crystal clear, the options for the pictures also enhance the viewing experience. It was extremely easy to set up and we have chosen to keep it on it's stand. But- if you want to mount it- it is alos very easy to do.  The remote is also easy to use- I would purchase another one of these in a heartbeat! I recommend this TV to everyone!!

This product is so great! Its easy to use and has a crystal clear picture.  I think if you gonna buy a new TV you almost have to go with the samsung.  When I brought this product home I was concerned about having to put it together, and set it up.  But even for me someone very technology illiterate could figure it out.  It is great for all types of things, we watch the baseball games on it and also play our new wii on it.  Overall it is just a wonderful product.

great to have....worth buying! trust me...its you won't regret it at all! easy to use as well which is always a big plus. It looks great in the living room where guests and friends come. something you would love to boast about.
Affordable -- great price -- attractive -- what more would you want? - You will attract tons of friends to come over all the time. Great to watch sports becasue of the sound system and picture it projects..its excellent!

We upgraded to this tv from best buy.  We originally had the insignia 47" and basically what is considered the motherboard of that tv fried, so we upgraded to this one and it's a 52" since this one was on sale at the time.  I find it has better picture quality than the sony, and it really makes the 3d movies much more impressive.  I am sticking to this brand from now on.

This tv is great in any size room.  The picture quality and sound are ideal.Anyone looking for a new high def tv should look at this or other Samsungs.  I am looking into buying another for another room in the house. 

 Setup was extremely easy and I am not very electronic literate.  In no time it was on and I was watching movies and shows.
