Don't gamble with this washer

Well we purchased this models set samsung and it was delivered february 8th, 2009 and the washer never completed the spin cycle from the moment it was delivered. I love the dryer but after several calls, several representatives, and 2 repairsmen I told sears I wanted them to replace the entire set and they agreed. However, I am at a stand still because I do not know what brand to purchase next :( I have narrowed it down to another samsung set higher quality better rating and a bosch. I love the way samsung appliances look and it is hard to overlook it and go with another brand. I have conducted a ton of research on both brands and now I am tired and just want to get a new set in ASAP. Any recommendations?

I have a piece of crap, Calyspso, that Sears has replace every part on at least once. I have begged then to replace it but to no avail. I am now waiting for the repairman to fix the pump again. This is the second time this year and probably about the tenth time since I have owned the machine which has only been about 5 years. What is your secret?
