I bought a new Samsung cell phone to use for emergencies only.  I am technology challenged so I was looking for a cell phone that was easy to use. I thought I had found it. The salesman assured me that I would have no problems. Well, was he ever wrong. This phone can be set up for internet, voice mail, and texting. Not at all what I was looking for. All I wanted was a simple cell phone. I try to make a call and apparently push a wrong button and there I am on an internet screen. Then, I spend 10 minutes trying to get back to the screen to make a basic call. This phone is not at all easy to use. I really get frustrated when I try to use it. Therefore, I have bought a new cell phone, making sure that it only has the basics. Do you know how hard they are to find in this technology savy world? Please manufactures don't let us rookies behind!  I would not recommend this phone to anyone but the most technology literate person.

   This phone has had the worst quality of any phone I've ever owned. I sent it in for warranty but haven't got it back yet to see if it's any better. The reception sucks, it has never let me use picture text messaging or internet (even though we have unlimited for both). My old razor gets better reception and it's quite a few years old.    The upsides to this phone are the colors (pink and teal) are very personalized. I also like the slider keyboard, makes texting alot easier. I also like the fonts on this phone, it has some really neat ones other than the boring old ones. It holds alot of pictures, music, and stuff because it holds a micro sd memory card.    An odd thing about this phone is the position of the numbers for dialing. They are in a single vertical line on the side. Will not ever get used to dialing that way after dialing the regular way all your life, it just is not natural.

I purchased my Samsung B3310 about 3 months ago and it is still kicking, but there are several things that I don't like about the phone. With my past experience with Samsung phones along with this one is their service is usually not reliable. I find myself turning my phone a thousand different ways to find service to send a text message once in awhile. It's small and compatible and fits in a pocket or small places very easily. I like the "conversation" message inbox that the phone has cause it makes it easier to read texts without having to go through your inbox. The numbers on the side of the screen can get quite annoying if your use to having them below the screen like I am. I enjoy using the phone even if I don't get reception too often, but also I have to take into consideration my cell phone provider. I love the MP3 player option that is on the phone, as long as I have a memory card in my phone I can have my cellphone and MP3 player all in one. The QWERTY keyboard makes it a lot easier and faster to text message people. Also the themes to choose from are AWESOME! Overall it's an average phone.

Ok so I have this phone and when I bought it I thought it would be the coolest thing ever. Well here are some pro's and con's that I got from useing the phone. To start with the pro's... The slide out key oad to text is really the greatest thing for any texter and I have to say I love it. I can text so easy and so fast it makes it fun and I want to text more. Now to the con's already because to me the slide key pad was the only cool thing. The one unlocks very easily and will call or go to things without even knowing it. I don;t like calling people when I don;t know i';n doing it. Also everytime I open to the key pad I feel like i'm going to break the phone it is made cheaply I think and they could make it more durable. I still love the phone just needs a few tweeks and it would be perfect! I would recommend this phone for anyone to texts more then they call people because it is soo easy and fast to do. Just be careful not to press to hard as then it will feel like its cracking. Over good phone though.
