Samsung - Blackjack II Cell Phone Review Summary

Texters like full keyboards on their cell phones and the Samsung Blackjack II Cell Phone offers a full qwerty keyboard to make texting as fast as pushing buttons on a computer keyboard. This cell phone earns points for its camera, video, PDA, and of course, its qwerty keyboard and it offers plenty of bells and whistles overall. “The Blackjack has All the Features I Need for Work or Play” is how one person describes the Samsung Blackjack II Cell Phone and another says “I Really Have Enjoyed all the Features the Phone Offers”. Are there any problems with this cell phone? Well, there isn’t a flash on the camera, the numbers/letters on the buttons wear off easily, and the lock/unlock takes a few too many steps in the minds of some. But these cons are not enough to spoil the camera’s rating and the Samsung Blackjack II Cell Phone still ranks highly among Cell Phones thanks to its qwerty keyboard, camera, and other extras.

The blackjack II has all the features I need for work as well as all those that I love for personal use.  It has all the pda perks as well as an ipod, camera, and gps.  The full keyboard is wonderful.  There are several display modes that organize my information onto one screen.   I just recently... read full review »

I had to get a new plan and I love ATT service, and a Smart Phone was the way to go.  The Blackjack II was just coming out, so the Spring agent suggested the phone to me.  It was great at first, but then the parts degraded quickly.  Wear on the buttons happened fast, the vibrator on the phone broke,... read full review »

this si the best cell phone that i have had yet...  the buttons seem small at first but once youstart typing you see that your fingers just fit into place.  i bought my phone for the att wirless..  but i actually baught it at radio schack and save a lot of money.  you can also get good deals on phones at walmart.. so if it is time for you to upgrade i suggest that you check out these stores first before going to the Att wirless store itself

I bought the Blackjack II simply so that I could have a phone that I could employ the use of email, texting, and twittering. I use Tiny Twitter for the application. I do use the windows mobil portion of the phone to post to my blog and have been quite successful with that as well. And, finally, the use of the calendar and notes sections would definitely have to help rank this phone high for me. I certainly depend on the calendar daily.

There Behold II offers plenty of messaging options. As a Google Android phone, Gmail is obviously the preferred e-mail client and has its own dedicated in-box. However, you also get Exchange ActiveSync support for your Outlook mail, calendar, and contacts. You also can access POP3 and IMAP accounts, but note that only Gmail and Exchange offer real-time message delivery, while the others are retrieved at incremental intervals starting at every 5 minutes up to every hour.

We were able to sync our Gmail, Yahoo, and Exchange accounts to the Behold II. We have to say we're not particularly huge fans...

The Samsung Blackjack II is my fifth phone since entering into the technologocial world of cellular telephones. It may very well be my last.  I love it that much.  I know that in a couple of months, this piece of plastic, wires and metal will be so obsolete that only technologically challenged people like me will still have them!

I am a picture taker and a texter.  Most of the time, if I take a picture on my phone, it is for a specific reason or person.  Chances are I'm going to forward that photo on to someone.  Sometimes, I take it because I odn't have a camera of the digital variety handy. ...

Bought the Samsung BlackJack II to replace a dead Motorola flip style phone.  I chose the BlackJack II because it was a 'smart phone.'  I have been very pleased with its performance to date.  The phone works flawlessly and I have taken advantage of the MP3, e-mail and web browsing capabilities of this phone.

I would recommend a protective cover for this phone to avoid scratches and to help damped any falls.  Without a protective cover, my phone would most likely have been unusable after the first few months.  I am not a person that has to have the current hot cellular phone out there.  I...

I really like this phone, the pictures aren't very good but if you don't mind that everything else is great. Contact list, calendar with reminders, Voice dialing, it announces in a woman's voice who is calling if you turn it on, and I really like that. I have my kids school calendar in my phone and I don't miss anything anymore.  I am able to set audible alerts for their programs and then if I don't want to be disturbed during any of the appointments I can set the appointment to "busy" and it makes your phone think you can't be disturbed.  It will allow you to set the alerts for anywhere from...

A few months back, I finally broke down and decided to upgrade my cellular phone service contract and purchase a new cellular phone.  My last phone had finally bit the dust.  My sister had really praised the Samsung Blackjack so I did some research.  While shopping, I discovered that my service carrier offered a deal on the new upgraded version of the phone, the Samsung BlackJack II Smartphone.  I purchased this phone at a discounted rate of around $70 in return for signing another contract with my service provider.  I have loved this phone since the moment I opened the package.  Everything...

The Blackjack II is a great phone for people who need more than just a cell phone.  After playing around with my boyfriend's original Blackjack, I wanted one.  So when I was eligible for upgrade, I got the Blackjack II in pink and white.  It has many features but the best thing about it, is using the QWERTY keyboard.  Its very quick and easy.  I am used to the letter placement since I work in an office.  Driving with the full keyboard is hard but I manage.  Also, the picture and video quality that comes from this phone is amazing.  I didn't realize how far technology has advanced!!  My...

I absolutley love this phone. The Samsung BlackJack II comes in a variety of colors, whether you want plain black or red and if you want white and pink polka dots, its available. Also you do not have to go to ATT&T to purchase the phone, its available at Best Buy as well and often for a cheaper price, which, lets face it, is always nice. The features on the phone are amazing. The camera takes very nice and clear photos. And another thing, the phone can definitley take a beating. I am what you would call rough when it comes to a phone. I drop mine all the time and I've had it for quite some time...

The Samsung Blackjack II is very user friendly, sleek, and stylish. Comes in different colors or patterns. Easily fits in purse or pocket.

The device is very easy to text with and easy to learn with if you have never texted or have never used a Qwerty keyboard. The easiest way to get used to the Qwerty keys is to type the alphabet three times in a row as fast as you can.

I use the calendar and alarm clock mostly although there are many features on the device such as music ID, calculator, cellular video, stop watch, voice notes..the list goes on and on.

One can also sync the device to their pc...
