My boyfriend and I both got one of these phones. They worked great at the beginning and they are neat phones, but after a couple of months we started having problems with them. He has problems with the keyboard because the buttons are so small. I don't like that we can't see the normal letter/number pattern for certain phone numbers. Like 1-800-and-then. You can't tell which number would be that letter unless you have them memorized from other phones. I like being able to look up my email and use the limited internet capabilities, but I don't like that I have to pay so much for the media plan. The internet works fine but sometimes I can't get it to load the page I want. The mp3 player part of it works great, the camera is great too, although it has a very slow shutter speed so you have to be very very still in order to take a good picture. We have problems a lot with the phone dropping calls and cut us off. Also, if you put it on speaker phone while you are talking on the phone the person on the other end hears a very annoying squealling noise sometimes. Some of the problems could be the network but the last I checked the blackjack is only made for AT&T so it would be hard to tell one way or the other. If you use the back that was created for the extended battery but you only put the regular size battery in it the back comes off too easily. For the most part it is a good phone but I wish I would have waited to get a regular PDA instead of this.
