I got this camera on a black friday special for a great price. It takes great pictures and is easy to use. I actually purchased 2 of these cameras. The one thing I don't like about this camera is the way it burns up batteries so fast, literally I would put new ones in and the same day they would be dead. I finally purchased rechargeable batteries which helped a ton. I personally replaced this camera with one that has a built in battery that recharges like a cell phone. Image Quality Takes great pictures and shutter speed is fast. I have taken some great pictures of my kids. Performance Overall performance is good, however the fact that it drains batteries so fast, at times I went to take pictures to find the camera dead. Ease of Use Camera is very easy to use and simple to download pictures to my computer or print at a store. Durability Camera is very durable, my kids have used it and dropped it and it did not effected the performance Battery Life Again I mentioned that the camera drains batteries very fast making requiring me to either take the batteries out until use or use my rechargeable batteries. Portability Camera is very portable and fits in my purse or diaper bag.

I have had the Samsung-BL103 Digital Camera for about 4 years now and am still very happy with it, which has kept me from buying a new one. It takes great pictures and videos and they come out with great color and quality. The only reason I would want a newer one is for a closer zoom, although this one has a pretty good zoom on it as well. I have been using this camera for many occasions over the years and have had really good results. My husband made a great choice when he got it for me! I like that it is small and lightweight. It can fit in your back pocket, about the size of a cell phone. It is very easy to use and has a lot of options for shooting great photos. The video has been great also and I it lets you take long videos. You just need a good memory card. Samsung has great products and I am happy with this camera. Image Quality Nice image quality, I have never had a problem. Durability I have had it for about 4 years and it is still working great. I have never had a problem.

This has been an outstanding camera for me.  I have owned it for approximately two years.  Easy to use!  I love how simple it is to review pictures taken and delete unwanted photos.  My pictures were always clear and focused.  Many people asked me about the camera when they saw my pictures.  I would strongly recommend this camera to others.  Recently I have had a problem and plan to contact the manufacturer about it.  After not having any problems with this camera for two years I now suddenly have white streaks appearing in pictures taken outdoors.  All pictures taken indoors are still fine so I am a bit baffled as to what happened.  Overall, this is an extremely reliable camera and is very small and portable.  Sometimes I had problems with the flash and red eye.  I also went through lots and lots of batteries.  But great camera for the money.  Would definitely recommend this camera to others.

I purchased the Samsung - BL103 Digital Camera last Christmas for my boyfriend and we love this camera.  It is easy to use the minute you turn it on and is not itimidating like my old camera.  As a matter of fact - my old camera was just sold in a yard sale and now i can't keep my hands off of Greg's Samsung.  I do wish I would have waited to purchase the dual view - but that will be an upgrade next time!  I never really wanted to take pictures because I wasn't sure how to use the digital cameras - but this has camera is point and shoot - my kind of camera.  it has an easy dial with a lot of options for still pictures, motion pictures, cropping, deleting, lighting etc and I have now taken tons of phot album pics and shared with family and friends from this camera.  i would recommend this camera to the newbie users that like easy to read instructions and big, descriptive icons for direction.   If there has been any draw back - I believe it is battery related - sometimes the pictures take a few minutes to delete and the battery will drain if too many motion pics are taken - but I believe that is typical - great camera!

 After my crappy Kodak Easyshare C182 12MP Digital Camera broke, I needed a new camera. So I decided on getting another inexpensive camera by Samsung. The Samsung BL103. The red color of my camera is what first caught my eye, then all the options it has. I took it home and fell in love. It is easy enough for a beginner, and good enough for a semi-pro photographer, such as myself.  The only problems with the camera is it only hold 3 pictures before needed a memory card, though I never didn't have a memory card anyway. It dings up easy though it is very durable, and the the lense cover stops covering the lense completely after so many uses. Zoom also doesn't work good-pictures come out blurry. Also, just recently after having it almost 2 years, it is a bit slower on taking pictures, and sometimes pictures come out bright with lines going through them.  I would buy a newer version of this camera if there is one, most definetly! I really like this camera and I have gotten alot of use out of it. One recommendation...do not use cheap batteries in this camera. You will only get a few pictures before the batteries run dry. =]

We bought this camera at the after x-mas sale in '08. So far it's been a great little camera. I like the functions it has on it. We go caving a lot and my old camera just didn't cut it with it being so dark underground but this one has been impressive. I have it set where I can take one pic right after another since when you open from the box it has a serious delay issue where it wants to show the pic you just took for like 5 seconds. The zoom could be better but I don't really ever need a close up more than what it has on it so it works for me. The major thing I have a problem with is that when the flash is off it doesn't focus great at all. If we're inside and we have the lights on and want to take a pic I'll turn the flash off but end up with a bad pic b/c it's so fuzzy. I either have to settle with a fuzzy pic or one that's extremely bright and do some work on the pic. I'd say that it doesn't suck batteries much like my old one either. I also like that I can crop a pic right on the camera. I'm very happy with this camera. Great for what we paid.

This camera is compact so it is easy to carry and take along with you. It takes great pictures and videos. The zoom is good and it has over 10 megapixels. The price is very reasonable, and makes it a great value.
