Samsung - Behold Cell Phone Reviews

I have had alot if cell phones in the last year and a half. Five to be exact and by far the Samsung Behold is my absolute favorite. My favorite feature is the touch screen. Even the Qwerty board is all touch. I LOVE IT!!!!! I personally think it is better than the Iphone. I was getting tired of buttons sticking or breaking on my other phones, but this phone has literally 6 buttons on the whole phone (may I remind you the Qwerty board is all touch). You can even use a stylus pen on it. What more could you ask for in a phone? Camera? Has it a 5 mega pixel. Video camera? Has that too. Alarm,calander,stopwatch,music...

The Samsung Behold reminds us quite a bit of the Samsung Instinct. It's not quite smart enough to be an iPhone clone, but it's still a good phone in its own right. In fact, in terms of call quality and calling features, it's a great phone. But Samsung still hasn't nailed the touchscreen interface. In some areas, like the QWERTY keyboard, they've done a great job, and it works well. In others, like the home page widgets and the problems we had with scrolling and moving through lists, the problems make using the phone a real chore. The phone has a very nice music player, but lacks a standard headphone...

I've had my Samsung Behold since January 2009 and love it more and more each day. it has all the right features and I love the touchscreen. I got the behold because I wanted touchscreen but did not want to have to have internet service, like with the G1.

The only downsides I can see are the touchscreen sometimes 'times out' for a second or two while texting. then it catches up. and the camera takes some getting used to. once you press the button to capture a picture, the picture doesn't actually get taken for a couple seconds. so if you have a toddler running around, chances are you won't get...

The samsung Behold is a really great phone! This phone works very well for a touchscreen. The "buttons" are the right size for a finger and does not give me any problems while texting which, in my opinion, makes it one of the best phones out now. The camera is lovely and has many different features about it that make it the best camera that I have had in a phone. Some being the many different modes you can take the picture in like mosaic or panoramic. It also has a great flash. The music player is also waht sold me. I was forced to get a new cellphone when my old one died, never to be resurrected. I'm not particularly tech- savvy, so I found this a bitdaunting. I didn't want to have to spend weeks learning to use a phone your average 8 year old could probably figure out in 10 minutes. I asked for something along the lines of the Dash I had previously. The salesperson said that for the money, the Samsung Behold was a good choice for me. With the rebates, the price wasn't terrible.

It takes some time to get used to a touch screen. After some toying with it, that was no problem.

I got this phone with such high expectations of it and they fell far short for me.   One of the biggest attractions of this phone was the camera.... and yet for a 5 megapixel camera, the pictures are attrocious!!!!!  I'm a photographer and they always say the best camera is the one you always have with you.... your cell phone.   I wanted something to snap pictures with so I don't have to carry my huge camera around with me all the time,... and this cell phone camera was supposed to do that for me.  It falls far short.

The Samsung Behold from T-Mobile offers a great touchscreen phone with an above average camera.  Its great that you only need to carry one device.  The 5.0 Megapixel camera includes flash and editing capabilities.  The camera is a little slow when writing to the memory card.  The SD micro memory card allows for mp3 storage as well as photo and video storage.  I have used this phone several times to watch downloaded movies and television shows on a plane with no issues.  The MP3 player allows for playlists as well as random selection. The Samsung Behold is a good choice if you are looking for a touchscreen phone.  I don't pay for the internet services on the phone, so I don't know about any of those features.  It is great for text-ing because it has a full keyboard on the screen when you turn the phone horizontal.  The phone is easy to use, has a good camera, video, and MP3 player.  I have a clear plastic case and screen protector for it which I would highly recommend.  I like that the phone is on the larger size of cell phones these days because it is easier to hold onto and talk on and the "keys" are not too small. ...

I received the Samsung Behold from T-Mobile as a gift for my birthday.  All I can say is I love it.  I feel like this phone was made for me.  It's perfect. I love the touchscreen.  It has many features.  It is very fair size, not big, not too small.  it takes very good quality pictures. The Samsung Behold is an awesome phone. When you get this new phone you will simply be amazed. The phone fits comfortable in your hands, not to bulky just right. Samsung Behold is a totally touch screen phone, so some people may find it a little confusing and hard to handle. I love how the touch screen feels when you touch it. you can use it as a regular keypad or turn it sideways and use the full qwerty keyboard. it has a 5 megapixel camera and take excellent still pictures, like most cell phones it takes a while to capture. I Have had a lot of Phones but this one is the best one that I have ever had. It has some of the best features in a phone i have ever seen you can upload mp4 video's and movies all you need is a memory chip and you can also hold hundreds of mp3's on it too thousands of photo's too.
