I have had this Blu Ray for a while, and love the picture quality of DVDs but especially Blu Ray disks on it. I have also used it to stream television shows and movies from Netflix, and it worked wonderfully. It is very nice to have the Smart Hub system that has the home page for the Apps and everything. There are also a lot of sharing capabilities through the Blu Ray. Like all Blu Rays, it plays DVDs as well as Blu Rays, and it definitely increases the quality of the DVDs that I watch. I have also watched lower quality videos that were burned to DVDs that looked higher quality when played on this Blu Ray than on other devices. The only downside I have found to this player is that the wireless seems to go out on the device and it won't connect to the internet. This could be a network issue, but it is just annoying to have it work at one time and then not the next. Other than that, I haven't seen any other issues with it.

I am very satisfied with this player. It does a beautiful job of playing Blu-Ray disks and the image is immaculate as is the audio (the primary reason for buying any player). Netflix streaming is great (it also streams in HD where the content is available - much nicer than the image on a PC). I also love the Pandora internet radio and the ability to stream videos on youtube. I had no trouble connecting to my network. It was very easy. My conclusion is that if what you want is a great Blu-Ray player with good networking and excellent audio then this is the player to buy. It also includes a wifi dongle which is a nice bonus. You can easily connect your sd memory cards in order to view photos or videos as well.

I really love this bluray player, and being able to stream Netflix and Pandora right from the player. The only thing is that a lot of the times when I am trying to stream Netflix, either the sound doesnt work or the next time the picture won't work and I have to keep rebooting the bluray player and my whole tv system to try it over again. I have upgraded the firmware multiple times and it keeps doing this. I can see my queue on the screen but as soon as I start to play a movie, either the sound is out and I can just see the picture or the picture is there with no sound. After multiple times of rebooting it will finally work but it is very annoying. Other then that everything else works great. I love being able to listen to Pandora with my stations already set in there from my login. Also the picture is pretty amazing and the sound is great, especially with bluray movies. I would definitely recommend this unit, but I hope they can fix the firmware.

I recently purchased this player after looking at several different ones. It works great for the most part. I have noticed a few issues with the wireless connection sometimes having trouble connecting, and also there a few time it has gotten stuck on some blu-ray's disc menus and would not allow me to select anything. I have to restart the unit. Overall even though this little hiccups have happened I do still really like the player. The setup was easy for the player and lal the programs and wireless. Overall a great unit.

Amazing!  I can't say enough about this Samsung DVD player!  It was not difficult at all to hook up the wireless and connect to the various services available for streaming.  The on screen menu walks you right through it. Whether it be a dvd, blu-ray dvd or watching netflix the picture is incredible!  I didn't even realize that there would be such a difference in picture compared to my old (original) dvd player and roku box.  The picture quality is off the charts! The only drawback to this Samsung Blu-ray DVD 3600 player would be the required High Speed HDMI cable needed to view in high definition.  The High Speed cable cost almost twice as much as a standard HDMI cable.  I would highly recommend this DVD player because of quality verses price! After experiencing the benefits of high definition streaming and the benefits of having it wireless I could never settle for anything less again.  It was like going from a transistor radio to a the best stereo system around today!  Hope this review helps in deciding whether or not to purchase.
