Samsung - A640 Cell Phone Review

Well my review of this phone is less than happy.  I did at first believe that this phone was good considering it was free.  I dropped mine in the wash machine and it did work afterwards, the image was completely backwards, but I was able to make it work.  I have been a little hard on my phone to say the least, but my husband who also has this phone has used it very little.  He has experienced problems with connecting our bluetooth to his phone, it worked once and never again.  We are both expriencing the same major problem with the phone.  The plastic that covers the left pivit point of the flip top broke in half making it impossible to open and close.  We do not have the extra insurance, because it is not worth it.  $7 a month + $50 replacement fee = $122 per year and for two phones $244.  That means I can find a new phone cheaper, plus they only cover certain things or at least that is what was explained to me, but again I am unhappy with Sprint for several reasons including difficult agents and different answers from each one. 

If you want your phone to last more than a year don't buy this one, it is poorly constructed and it may or may not work with your bluetooth.
