When recently shopping for a new television, we decided to bite the bullet and go with a 3D model. The price difference between a standard LED model and a 3D model is not a huge difference, and we were very impressed with the images we saw while comparing models. The Samsung 40 inch 3D LED television has an amazing image quality! The pictures are incredibly clear and focused. The 3D feature can be turned off if you are not viewing a 3D movie, so the picture is clear even without the 3D feature. When viewing a 3D movie with this unit, the images are like nothing I have ever seen in a home television. The 3D is not overdone, with silly things popping out toward you (think Disney adventure rides). Rather, the images are just subtly 3D, making them seem even more lifelike.

Outstanding, beautiful, gorgeous, big....I will never regret buying this tv. Everytime someone comes over and watches a movie, I see them with their mouth open saying the words "wow". Automotion plus is the reason this tv looks so good. Since I bought all Samsung stuff, i only use one remote and they all sync together. It allows me to be the talk of the town when all my friends will come over to my house to watch football on saturdays for college, and sundays for the professional football league, NFL. The picture quality is just amazing. It blows me away whenever I look at it. Its small bezel around the screen is also very chic, stylish and nice. It really is beautiful and everyone loves it when they see it. Im not sure what else to say about this TV... I would recommend it to my friends and even to some of my enemies. Its just that good!!!! Samsung truly cares and puts the effort in when it comes to quality

We bought this one for one of our bed room and it rocks. 3D quality is preety good. Although there are not much 3D content out there but what ever blue ray we played , it was solid. LED screen performance and resolution is crystal clear. Angle viewing is much better than my older LCD TV. wall mounting brackets are so easy that my wife can pull it off and hang in there. Sound quality with sorround feature is awesome. It would have been nice if they included andriod Os in it with some apps so I can watch online shows on TV directly. At present I have to hook through blue ray player and then netflix to watch online TV shows and you tube video. None the less this TV is price for perfection. I would recomend people to buy this one for one in your bed room or for kids room. Yeah, 3D glasses were not included in the package so needed to bought seperately which costs some 300 bucks more. Also 2d to 3d conversion is not there but overall I give this TV a 5 star rating.

Ever since we bought one all the kids want to watch are the 3D movies. Not that we have this TV we will never go to the theater to see another 3D movie. We will wait till it comes out on DVD and then we can watch it in the comfort of our own homes and rewind all the cool parts that really pop out at you. We originally bought for us but the kids have taken over. We're thinking of buying a second one to go in our room just we can watch it!!! It was a very good decision. Wounderful sound, great picture.The **Samsung - UN40C7000 40 in. 3D LED TV **has been very entertaining and worth every penny!!!

We bought this TV in April at RC Willey. Since then the price of LED TV's has gone down a bit but we feel like we got a good deal. It is a great TV. It hangs on our wall. My husband installed it himself. We were remodeling and so he prepared the new wall with what it needed so that the wires and things could hide behind the wall.  We also use this TV as our computer and TV. We have connected it in such a way that we play tv through Windows media center. We can record shows that way. The TV works great with this feature too. Clear picture...even without ordering HD TV

I purchased this television and it performs flawlessly. The picture quality is superb and fortunately for me I was able to get my Blu-Ray player as well as the 3d Starter Package with my purchase. I do have a couple of concerns. 1. The remote is hard to use. It is very sleek and the buttons are not raised which makes it difficult to use. Fortunately for me I have Samsungs smaller 22 and it uses a similar remote for changing channels and access to the Menus. You will need the included Remote for Internet TV. 2. Be very careful with Samsungs PC Share software. It includes its own server that turns on every time you reboot your machine. I caught it going into my external CD that I had a blank CD in. It was trying to read the empty disk and kept turning the unit on and off. My advice is to go ahead and download their PC software, but install it on a Flash Drive that you can unplug from your machine when you are not using it. Then stop the Server when you use it so it does not serve your hard drive files back to Samsung. Not Good! COME ON SAMSUNG, THIS IS SPYWARE. 3. The 3d Technology is awesome. This technology is going to revolutionize home entertainment, and having the LED rather than a power hungry Plasma or LCD, is the way to go. 4. Putting the television on the stand is much easier to accomplish with the use of a Card table or kitchen table. Just put a couple of towels down on the table and lay the TV on them, then you can easily attach the TV to the base without any stress on the screws, and if you are alone, another person is not needed. At one inch wide the TV is not heavy, but thats not to say it is light either. If you are unsure of your strength, and the TV is going someplace farther away than next to the Card table you set up to install the base, I would wait for a second person to help you move it. 5. All the most difficult plug-ins on the back use a dongle type connection which makes it super easy to plug things in. Samsung really has engineered this TV well and it shows. 6. One thing you should be extra careful of, dont over estimate and oversize of your TV for the room you will be using it in. Those super big screens you see in the store are great if you have a huge, and I mean huge room to put it in. My 40 is plenty big for my living room and I am still able to see all the action. If you get a really big screen, you will be focused on one or two areas of the screen and not see much of the rest of whatever you are viewing, so be careful. Before I bought this 40, I looked at the aspect ratio of the TV I was replacing, an old CRT, and the room it was going into, the 40 was plenty big. 7. Buy a warranty extension. If the TV fails they will replace it.

The Samsung-UN40C7000 40in television is one of the most impressionable that I have seen yet. The sound quality is also very good.This T.V. has such a clear picture it almost seems unbelievable and play video games on it is just fantastic. The screen seems to just suck you right into another world while the sound quality magnifies this effect even more. You could get lost in time if you know what I mean. this is a top of the line item when it comes to home entertainment.When watching sports this T.V. is the best when it come down to it's resolution and definition. I would recormend any of my friends or relatives to buy one of these for their home entertainment center I'm sure they would not be disapointed.

I recently bought this television so I could have a 3D tv. The picture quality and clarity is absolutely amazing, and I like having the ability to watch 3D with anything I watch. The only drawback is that the 3D glasses are not included!
