I am very pleased with this oven/range. The oven heats very evenly and I've noticed a huge difference from my old apartment electric range. I can actually bake things the full time that the recipe calls for! The controls are simple to use and I think I have used every "extra" special feature. The proofing feature is great for rising bread here in the cool Pacific Northwest, and the keep warm feature is great for keeping dishes warm and safely hot until ready to serve. The warming drawer works well as long as you plan ahead enough to heat your empty dishes or to turn it on so you can stick hot, cooked dishes in it. It doesn't heat as quickly as the oven does. The burners are HOT and the feature of two or three heat rings on two of the burners is a nice feature. I use them based on the size of my pan. If you make yogurt, the warming center (the fifth burner) is perfect for keeping the milk steady and very consistent at the right temperature for hours. The broiling is even, and the convection bake feature is nice. I still need to figure out how to convert the time as the oven doesn't do that, but it automatically takes 25 degrees off when you put the bake temperature in. I'm so happy we picked this model out!
