Samsung T260HD - Awesome TV/Monitor
I've had the Samsung T260HD for about a year, and it's still the best monitor/tv I've owned. I use it in a dual view setup, and it's my primary computer/gaming monitor. As a PC monitor, it functions quite well. 1920x1200 resolution looks absolutely gorgeous on a 26" screen. It's becoming harder and harder to find x1200 on PC monitors. The viewing angles are decent, and I've never had an issue with washed out colors. The Magic Bright system allows me to find the perfect brightness and contrast for viewing movies, webpages, pictures, and games. When gaming, I've have no problems with ghosting or lag. It's been solid since day 1. As a TV, the T260HD does a good job. Picture looks crisp whether through satellite box or over-the-air broadcast. The built in speakers are terrible, but I use an optical cable to play the sound through my surround system. I recommend using external speakers for sound. For console gaming, it functions as a hybrid of a monitor/TV. If you have decent external speakers, it will look and sound great. But if you try to use the onboard speakers, it won't be nearly as awesome as it could be. Overall: Excellent picture, multiple inputs, and good looking design make it a great buy. Invest in a good sound system if using as a TV or for console gaming.
