What happend to Service?

Pros

    Bargains available, Good for stocking up

Cons
    Slow Service, Hard to get in and out quickly, waiting to check out after you pay, Eco-Unfriendly

I generally love Sam's Club but today I have a negative review. The past two times I've been there I have been disappointed in one way or another. The first time the bathrooms were disqusting and the second time I observed a woman who was serving samples being rude to a customer and his children. It bothered my husband even more than I.
