Sam's Club Review

 Below is a rule with a Business Sam's Club Membership stating that you can purchase on-line using AMEX as one of the payment methods, however the website does not go into detail regarding the only thing you can purchase is select items (VERY Limited Amount Of Items) for delivery only. If you select items that can not be delivered the order is considered a Click"n"Pull for pick up at the nearest Sam's Club which does not accept American Express as a payment method. 

 When calling the local store Chattanooga, TN to ask why the on-line order did not prompt for payment I spoke with 4  very rude representatives before being told that Click"n"Pull orders are not considered on-line orders. Correct me if I am wrong... I spent 30 min's placing the order on-line to be told that it is not an on-line order?  Of course very confused by this comment I asked to speak to a Manager to help me understand. I  waited on hold and a man by the name of  Matt  introduced himself as the OPS Manager explained with no concern to the false information provided on-line referred me to the 1800Walmart number after offering to refund my membership. This is the same opinion that I received when calling the 1800Walmart number and speaking to Bobby Jo/ Supervisor and Sabrina/ Acting Floor Manager. Bobby Jo and Sabrina did take this a step further and say they would send a request to have the website reviewed for POSSIBLE changes. I can say that  Bobby Jo and Sabrina gave a very empty apology for the inconvenience but offered no other suggestions. It seems as though everyone wants to refund the membership cost and has no concern for the FALSE information provided on the website....THIS IS A JOKE!!! IF YOU WANT TO ORDER ON-LINE OR HAVE AMEX CARD - DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

Shopping online with SAM'S CLUB

When shopping online with SAMSClub.com, purchases must be paid for using SAM'S CLUB Credit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card. Title to all merchandise passes to the member at the time of payment. Thereafter the Member bears the risk of loss for such merchandise except for willful or negligent acts of SAM'S CLUB or its associates.

The Primary Member will not be held responsible for additional cardholder transactions.
