Today I'm going to share one of my best found secrets for a quick and tasty dinner. If you have a Super Walmart or Sam's Club near you, this product should be available there. It's Sam's Choice Pepper Jack Chicken and Pasta. This is a frozen entree that heats up fairly quickly and isn't lacking at all in the taste department.

Sam's Choice Pepper Jack Chicken and Pasta

This entree comes in a 24 oz. package and can be found in the freezer section of Super Walmart or Sam's Club. The package states that it contains 3 servings and I can agree with tht if that is all you are eating. If you prepare this along with some vegetables and a salad, it will go much further and serve 4 to 5 people.

What's in it?

This is a zesty entree that contains pasta, grilled chicken that is topped with pepper jack cheese and bacon pieces. You will also encounter some jalapeno peppers, chie peppers, green onions and red bell peppers chopped very finely.

Taste

Since I am from southern Louisiana, I am quite used to spicy food. In fact, it is a custom here to not only know how to cook cajun dishes, but they are also readily availble in just about any restaurant in the area. Sam's Choice Pepper Jack Chicken and Pasta doesn't disappoint the taste buds. It tastes just as good as a freshly prepared meal. The spices are blended perfectly to give just the right amount of "kick" and not be too spicy or hot. It contains tender bites of chicken breast which makes this product a winner with my husband, who only eats white chicken meat.

Preparing

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. To prepare this dish, just take the container out of the box and place on a baking sheet. You will leave the plastic covering on the container while cooking (never fear--it won't burn up or melt). Cook for 30-35 minutes, then remove from the oven. Take the cover off the dish and return to the oven for 5 additional minutes.

That's it. You now have an easy and tasty entree ready to serve!

My Viewpoint

This is one of my favorite quick and easy entrees to fix for a mid-week dinner after working all day. All I have to do is add a couple of vegetables or salad and I have a balanced meal that didn't take any longer than 35 minutes to prepare. To top it off, it has a great taste that both my husband and I enjoy.

This entree retails for around $4.99 and it is always in stock at my local Super Walmart. I usually pick one up every 3-4 weeks for a quick and easy meal. I can't beat the convenience, price or taste that this product delivers.

I highly recommend Sam's Choice Pepper Jack Chicken and Pasta! It's YUMMY!

I agree. It's really good. All of the entrees I've tried from that same Sam's Choice frozen dinner line are yummy.

Now I already ate, but this made me hungry. I will have to see if the Super Wal-Mart has it. The Sam's Club is too far for me to join.
