After watching one episode I think I'll be back for more.

Last night I watched Samantha Who? for the first time and I loved it.  It wasn't the adult, risqué-style sitcom I thought it would be.  DWTS had just went off and I had been seeing the previews for Samantha Who and decided to watch it. 

I have always been a fan of Jean Smart (Mrs. Newley) since her days of Designing Women.  Christina Applegate (Married With Children and Don't Tell Mom the Babysitter's Dead) plays Samantha Newley.  It appears that she is pretty self-centered and yet concerned about others in the same fashion.  Samantha has a boyfriend, Todd played by Barry Watson (7th Heaven). ...

Who is Samantha Who? Even she doesn't know that! Samantha is a young woman who had an unfortunate accident in which she got amnesia. The show starts with her knowing nothing about herself! Each episode focuses on something in particular that leads her to retrieve one memory from her past. Samantha finds out through these memories that she may not have been the nicest person before the accident, but now she feels like she has a fresh start and wants to make things right this time around.

When they go back into the Flashbacks it is usually just one quick event that reveals a lot about who Samantha...

Having amnesia shouldn't be this funny

Samantha (Christina Applegate), gets amnesia after she's been in an accident.  She can't remember anything at all since the accident and has to learn who people are, her life, and who she is all over again. 
  It turns out Samantha wasn't a very nice person before the accident and keeps running into people who have bad experiences with her and she gets into some pretty funny situations trying to make things right.  She also has better relationships with those people who hadn't been in her life in a while, or people she didn't like.  She has an ex-boyfriend who is confused by this new "nice"... read full review »

Due to the screen writer's strike, it's a great time to watch something new, and I have a great recommendation.  In Samantha Who? Christina Applegate has amnesia and is trying to find out who she is.  Sounds kinda lame, but the writer's of this comedy take the old amnesia cliche and through great characters with witty lines make it work.  The show has an "overdone" feel reminiscent of Ugly Betty or 30 Rock, but not as obvious.  Jennifer Esposito makes a great best friend; and it's always nice to see Barry Watson who is as cute as ever!  If you decide to give the show a chance, watch a few... read full review »

This show is very creative and funny. It really makes you think about who you are and how you would look at yourself from afar if given the chance. Samantha is great, she's learning how to live all over again and doing it nicer this time.

Samantha who is a great show.  It has a bit of comdey mix with drama.  Samantha starting Christina Applegate got into an accident and wroke up having amnesia.  As she try to remember her past, she discover that she was not a very nice person.  In return she try to do it right this time around.  It you want some past time and entertainment, this show will do it.  There are many great actors in the show also.

This show was taken off toomany times. IT COULD NOT FIND AN AUDIENCE AND NOW IT IS CANCelled.Samantha Who had a great star in cHristinia Applegate and deserves a second chance.
