Salton 1.5 Quart Ice Cream Maker is so easy to use that you will find yourself tempted to be eating and making all kinds of different flavours of ice cream everyday.  If you use non-fat or lowfat evaporated milk, then it is not too bad for you waistline, and it is alot of fun.  The inner bowl stays in the freezer when not in use.  You can mix your ice cream in a blender using low fat or non-fat evaporated milk, suga, fruit, nuts, eggs etc.  No cooking required.  Pour into the frozen bowl and turn it on.  Tha's it.  Remenber to place you finished ice-cream in the freezer to cure for a few hours and you will never feel the same about store bought ice-cream again.  With no chemicals additves it could even be considered health food! ; )
