I found this salon and spa very impressive. The decor is classic and the employees are friendly as well as professional. This is a very convinient salon to my home and they do pretty much everything.  I would recommend it to anyone in the area looking for top notch services without having to pay an extreme price.

I have never in my life dealt with such horrible customer service as I did when I called to make an appointment with a gift certificate that was given to me as a birthday gift at Salon Elegance & Day Spa.  When I originally called, the manager that answered the phone was horribly rude and after yelling at me telling me "Let me tell you something" about making my appointment, we finally agreed upon a scheduled date/time.  On that date, she called me to tell me that she had to reschedule/move my appointment because there were some issues with the time she originally scheduled me for.  When I...
