Salon Elegance & Day Spa - Salon Elegance & Day Spa - Fairfax, VA —

I have never in my life dealt with such horrible customer service as I did when I called to make an appointment with a gift certificate that was given to me as a birthday gift at Salon Elegance & Day Spa.  When I originally called, the manager that answered the phone was horribly rude and after yelling at me telling me "Let me tell you something" about making my appointment, we finally agreed upon a scheduled date/time.  On that date, she called me to tell me that she had to reschedule/move my appointment because there were some issues with the time she originally scheduled me for.  When I explained to her that I couldn't because I was at work, she once again started yelling at me saying "I did you a favor by giving you this appoinment, now you have to do me a favor".  So with reluctance I agreed with whatever she wanted knowing that I wasn't going to be showing up for any future appointments there.  It made me feel like they already got their money so why honor the services that have been paid for.  I won't ever recommend this place to anyone I know.

You called 48 hours before your gift expired, she did you a favor by getting you in. She then offered you an extension when she asked you to reshedule. You waited one year to enjoy you birthday gift. Probably you should apoligize to who ever gave you that gift.

This has been taken out of context. The customer called last minute as her gift certificate was expiring to get an appointment for the weekend. Typically weekends require more notice however an eception was made for this client to get her appointment earlier. The manager than called to offer her an extension on the epiration as long as she were willing to reschedule. The customer than flipped for some odd reason and became very rude as she scheduled an appointment she had no intension to keep. Thank You
