I bought this nail polish and used it the first day on someone else and it worked good, and it dried very fast. Their nails came out smooth and they looked nice. I used it on myself and my nails came out okay but I did learn that I had to paint them quickly because if the polish starts to dry and I bumped the polish even a little with the brush it would smear badly. Once you paint any on your nail, you can't try to add more polish to it until its completely dry because it's very gummy until its dried completely. I missed a tiny spot and tried to fix it by adding a dab of polish to the missed spot and it messed it up so bad I had to remove it all and do it over. The stuff on my nail suck to the brush pretty bad. It works much better if you aren't painting your own nails. I think the fast dry is what makes it turn gummy. I liked the hot pink color and I do use it for my toe nails, which I have much more luck painting with this polish. I probably won't buy anymore of this fast dry kind because it takes too much time to get them nice looking, due to having to repaint and having to be so careful. The polish is thick and kind of hard to work with. I like the brand, but not this brands fast dry products.

I love Sally Hansen products. I have used them as long as I can remember. The Sally Hansen Hard as Nails Xtreme Wear Nail Color does NOT live up to the name. The nail polish does not last at all! I have bought this polish in a few different colors. The colors are beautiful and the price is extremely low. It goes on nicely and sometimes you only need one coat. The problem is the polish chips quickly. There are often times I will paint my nails before bed, wake up, and the polish is already chipped! I end up having to touch my nails up every night. It doesn't matter if I use a base and top coat, it still chips. The product title is misleading.This nail polish is one of the shortest lasting ones I have found. I usually love Sally Hansen but this particular polish is a total flop! I do not recommend Sally Hansen Hard as Nails Xtreme Wear Nail Color. It doesn't last. I end up having to touch is up every single day!

Specifically, I am reviewing Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear in Red Carpet. It's a cross between candy apple and blood red. This nail polish looks very sexy with your nails filed into a pointed shape. You know how gliter nail polish is never opaque and you always have to put a matching opaque color on first then apply the glitter nail polish to get it to look likw how it does in the bottle? Well, good nwes! This nail polish looks EXACTLY as it does in the bottle. I was ready to put red nail polish on underneath it, but I decided to test it on a piece of paper. I couldn't believe it. The color came out saturated and sparkly, both at the same time! It looks like Dorothy's ruby slippers in The Wizard of Oz! So I skipped painting my nails red before putting it on because it just was not necessary. The reason I gave this nine stars instead of ten is because it is a pain in the rear to take off. Be prepared with plenty of cotton balls soaked with nailpolish remover to get it off.

Sally Hansen's Xtreme Wear line is pretty good. These polishes are available in a large variety of colors and finishes and I find they're usually of good consistency and only require a few coats for full coverage. Overall, this polish is functional and preforms well. But it isn't perfect. For one, I haven't noticed that this polish lasts any longer than other brands. If you're using a top coat and a base coat, this polish wears about as well as any other drug store brand. It wears at the tips and may still chip. It's fairly durable but I don't feel it can live up to the claims. Secondly, the brush on these polishes is too large for my liking and holds way too much polish - making it a bit difficult to get nice even coverage. I admit I'm picky about brushes but I just find this one hard to use. On the up side, Sally Hansen is free of Formaldehyde, DBP and Toluene. So if you're worried about toxins this brand may be a good choice for you!

The Sally Hansen Hard as Nails Xtreme Wear Nail Color is a fantastic nail polish. If you are looking for a low priced nail polish that doesn't chip withing a day, then this line is the nail color for you. It's even easy to identify in stores by the Xs on the bottles. This product applies smoothly with no clumping, it dries within a reasonable amount of time, and it doesn't chip so quickly like the other cheaper nail polishes tend to do.

For such an inexpensive polish, this is fairly good quality. It is very opaque and the color selection is nice. I have had issues with it drying up in the bottle so one bottle might not last you that long. For the price it is probably worth it though. Has decent staying power on the nails.

I love this brand of nail polish. What's great about Sally Hansen Hard as Nails Xtreme Wear Nail Color is the quality of the color and the polish. In one coat you get great looking color that doesn't chip! The colors stay bold and bright and don't need a clear top coat to make your nails shiny. The polish lives by its name and you can leave it on for over a week without it looking old! I love it!

Sally Hansen makes great nail polish in a variety of awesome colors. I like that the colors are so vibrant and rich. It also drives fairly quickly. I have several colors of her Hard as Nails Extreme Wear nail polish. It is a really good polish. It is pretty strong-I wash my hands often and that usually takes a toll on nail polish. I don't think that it is as tough as the title suggests though. I had several chips within a few days. They were easy to touch up though.

I have used this nail polish on both my toes and my fingernails and it only last a long time on my toes. If I use it on my fingernails, it starts to chip only after a few days. On my toes, the nail polish stays on for weeks. I wear a lot of flip flops and sandals (I live in Florida), so I have to find polish that lasts for a fair amount of time. Due to disability, I cannot reach my feet very well, so I do not want to have to redo my toes constantly due to chipping. Also, the cost for this polish is very good. I am on a strict budget and cannot afford to get manicures and pedicures or to purchase expensive nail polishes. Sally Hansen offers a great line of colors for an affordable price. If you are looking for bright and vibrant colors, I would recommend this polish. Also, if you want to purchase something for a great price, this is a good buy. It can be found at almost any retail store that sells nail polish and is always affordable at any store.

I have bought a lot of nail color in different shades and different brands. Recently while shopping I was drawn to the colors and affordable prices of Sally Hansens Xtreme Wear nail color. I bought about four colors. I spend about and hour or so doing my nails so it's really frustrating when I chip the color or do the dishes and my nail color just peels right off. I, honestly, wasn't expecting much when I bought these. Usually my nail color will last about a week if I'm lucky and falls victim to the dishwater or opening a pop can. My grandma and little sister were visiting when I decided to do my nails so I painted theirs too. Which took a considerable amount of time. I did french tips on my nails in the celeb city silver color and put about two top coats on too. I spent about an hour doing the french tips so I was afraid to do the dishes a couple of days later! But since I had no choice I did them anyways. Surprisingly the nail color lasted and didn't peel off like I had expected it to. Now about two weeks later my nail color is still in tact! I can't believe it and honestly I am very impressed with the longevity of this nail color. I don't think I'll be using anything else because I have never had a nail polish last so long. I also saw my grandma the other day (who is pretty rough on her nails/hands) and her nail color is still on as well. We didn't put any top coat on hers. I would recommend this to anyone because this product is great all around from long lasting, to great colors and price. I should note that I really didn't notice if it took less time to dry than other nail colors. To me it felt like it took the same amount of time to dry as others.
