To the Point
I bought Sally Hansen Hard as Nails Extreme Wear to try to counter the effects of hiking. I usually don't review a product after only using it once but I can definitively tell you about this product. What a mess!
A Closer Look
This is the first time I’ve used Extreme Wear. I’ve had some luck with Sally Hansen’s Teflon line. The Extreme Wear isn’t terrible because it doesn’t add any strength to my nails. It’s terrible because of the way it goes on.

I put this on 3 days ago. The first coat was very light and very streaky. I bought Vanilla Bean but I don’t think my experience has anything to do with the color. The second coat was even streakier leaving some areas with little color and some with too much. I ended up sort of painting my nails to fill in the spots that were bare and even out the color.
About 5 coats later and hours later to dry I had streaks but at least I could wear it. It has not chipped which is really great. My nails haven't broken but truly I do think that's due to 5 coats of polish rather then the Extreme Wear.

I don’t like it!
