I go through a bout every now and then when my nails get really weak and they start to crack or peel.  I went in for a manicure and she told me that stress can cause that or a diet change.  Since I didn't change my diet and my stress levels are through the roof, I am assuming this is what causes my nail weakness.  She did the manicure and she put this product on my finger nails and told me to use this product as often as needed.  I have been using this product non stop for the past 2 months and my nails are perfect.  They are healthy and strong and no, my stress hasn't gone away.  Great product in todays crazy lifestyles.
