I would definitely not recommend Sally Hansen's Creme Hair Bleach for Face. I bought this product and used it on my upper lip hair once and I was not satisfied at all by the results. For starters, the process of combining and mixing all of the products included in this kit was tedious and time consuming. Then once I applied the product to my upper lip it burned my skin a little bit, nothing dramatic but it did irritate my skin. Then when it was time to remove the product from my upper lip I did not see the results the box indicated I would see. I was hoping to lighten my upper lip hair so I would not have to wax it as frequently but I was disappointed to see that my lip hair was no lighter than when I began the bleaching process. I have found that I have better results when I just wax the hair off of my upper lip. If there are other consumers out there with sensitive skin like mine and dark upper lip hair I do not recommend they buy this product because chances are they will be just as disappointed as I was.

I've been using this product for years to lighten the very dark "peach fuzz" that stands out on my face above my upper lip. It's very simple to make - you just mix the bleach and activator together in a 1:3 ratio in a handy little cup that comes with the product, then slather it on to the areas you want lightened with a handy little spatula that also comes with the product. Wait 8 minutes, and that obnoxious dark hair should be light as day. The only slightly annoying thing is that when you remove the product, you have to do it very carefully by blotting it with a wet cloth or paper towel. If you smear it off, it could get on your lips (ow, that burns!) or somehow undo the bleaching process that just occurred. Also, if you put in too much bleach when you're mixing, it can sting a little when you apply it. I've never got a rash or any unpleasant reaction from this product and I've been using it for almost ten years. My hair stays bleached for 2 weeks to a month, so I don't even have to apply it very often. Best of all, it's totally affordable, and sometimes there are even coupons included inside the box, for when you need to buy it again.

Ladies - why shave your face when you can bleach the dark hairs on your upper lip, side burns, or chin?  Even the hair on your arms! With Sally Hansen Facial Hair Creme Bleach, your facial hair will lighten and blend with your skin.  Only men need to get the "5:00 shadow!" Sally Hansen Creme Hair Bleach is especially made for the face so it is very gentle as well as hypoallergenic.  The package contains a .25 oz. botle of a white powder which is the creme hair bleach activator.  It also contains a 1 oz. container of creme hair bleach, a spatula to apply the bleach and a mixing tray.  Directions: Wash face and pat dry.  Scoop 1 heaping spatula full of activator (1/4 tsp) onto mixing tray.  Wash and dry spatula.  Measure 2 heapig spatula full of bleach (1/2 tsp) onto mixing tray.  Blend bleach and activator thoroughly.  With spatula, apply mixture onto area to be bleached.  Leave on face for 8 minutes.  Remove bleach mixture with spatula.  Wash face with cool water and pat dry. If more lightening is desired, a fresh batch of mixture can be re-applied and left on the face for an additional five minutes - not more than a total of thirteen minutes in all. The first time you use Sally Hansen Creme Hair Bleach, it may be necessary to repeat the application daily to achieve the desired lightening.  You may then aply the bleach once a week or every two weeks to keep hair invisible. Sally Hansen Creme Hair Bleach is a smooth, no-drip formula that contains soothing Aloe Vera.  It is not fragrance free, but has a sweet almond scent.  It is dermatologist tested, not tested on animals and made in the U.S.A. Caution:  Not to be applied after a hot bath, over skin toners, or any conditions that would open pores.  Do not get the bleach mixture near eyes or lips.  Keep out of the reach of children. This Sally Hansen Creme Hair Bleach really works. I use it about once a month. I'm very fair skinned but have very dark thick hair. I don't like to wax because of that thick dark hair coming back in strong. You just mix the bleach and baking soda activator and your set. It takes about ten minutes and you just wipe it off with a damp towel and your good to go.

I have dark brown hair and have a hardtime managing darker facial hair. I hate having to get it waxed regaularly so I started using Sally Henson Creme Hair Bleach. It works. It is smooth, easy to easy and very quick. Love the product. Leaves me feeling and looking great!
