Great book for the health conscious cook who is willing to delve into a little controversy over good and bad for you fats!  Are saturated fats really bad for you?  This authur says "no" and quite the contrary they are good for you.   Overall, some great recipes whether you believe in the nutritional beliefs of the Price Foundation or not and some great things to ponder and look further into.
