read full review »I have all of my student loans through Sallie Mae. Although I feel that their service is acceptable, I have several thoughts about it. First of all, their website is exceedingly difficult to navigate. Headers are misleading and it is often difficult to get back to where you want to go. I do, however, enjoy that once I can find them, my loans are divided very visually and I can see exactly how much of my payments have been attributed to each. Secondly, I have had HUGE issues paying off extra on my loans. As an aggressive saver, I have calcuated how much I will save by paying my loans off significantly...
read full review »Got a loan with them in 2003.. I now owe 4000 more then when I started and have been paying 190 a month since late 2003. My payments started at 100 then kept going UP.... And yet my balance NEVER goes down... I hate them and wish I could get rid of the loan.....
NEVER get money from them.................
