This cookware brand is very well worth the money.  Not only for the health reasons and the metal that they are made of, but for the ease of cleaning and worryfree handling compared to that of coated pans that can scratch so easily that makes them useless.  I have to admit, I had a bit of sticker shock when I was told the price of the cookware pieces, but after using them a few times, I will not use anything else.  As long as you follow the suggested cooking methods that are supplied with the set, clean up is a breeze and even if the food item has stuck to the pan, simply let the pan soak in some hot water for about 15 minutes and anything that is left just about rinses right off the pan with no scrubbing.  There is a very large selection of pieces that you can choose from and you can also buy just or two, you are not required to buy the entire set of cookware.  The sales reps that visit your home and cook for you to demonstrate the cookware and very professional and talented in what they do.
