Overall I like Saks Fifth Avenue. I think the website runs smoother than the bloomingdales website. In addition, there is an off 5th website (which is a website to the outlet). The regular Saks website seems to sometimes have less options than Bloomingdales and be a bit more expensive with less sales; however, the off 5th website has great deals with prices better than the other stores sales. In addition, it has a pretty large inventory for an outlet. They do have free shipping no matter what you spend which is a definite bonus that other high end websites do not have. Also, they have a 24/7 customer service number which is pretty great too. One thing to look out for: RETURNS!!!! Returns are only credited with the full price if it is within a 30 day window, which I personally feel is very small. After, you get a refund for the current selling price, which could be a dramatic drop! That is why I removed 2 starts from this website.

I cannot tell you how much I love the Saks Fifth Avenue site! The clothes are incredible and so fashionable! They have sections on there where they put outfits together for you. Everything from shoes, purses, clothes, jewelry, etc. Even when I cannot afford to shop here, I spend time on the site looking at the incredible clothes. They do have a sale section for those, like me, who shop on a smaller budget. They also have special sections. For example, the currently have a Valentine's Day outfit guide up to help you choose something for that day. I spend most of my time in the women's clothing section but they have a wide variety. The site is also really well organized where you can easily find whatever you are looking for. I don't live near a Saks Fifth Avenue store so this is my only outlet to shop here. It is something I would use more often if the budget allowed. I highly recommend for any fashion lovers out there!

SaksFifthAvenue.com sells high quality designer items, but the original prices are too high. I don't shop here as often as I use too. The prices are high, even when they are on sale. They have a vast array of good quality items though. I like the black and white colors and the design of their online site. I like the fancy writing too. They sell women's clothing, jewelry, accessories and handbags. The handbags are very expensive. I was able to get a few purses on sale at a great deal. I like them. They were worth the money because they still look new. I use them a lot. I also purchased some home décor items. They make my home look elegant. I like the designer shoes they sell, but they cost too much. This site also sells beauty products, fragrances and gifts. They sell unique items and children's clothing as well. You can shop by category or a certain price range. They have a best seller section too. So, you'll know what other people think of the items you might buy. They offer free shipping on orders of $150.00 or more. The shipping is fast and the packaging is lovely. They have special deals throughout the year too. I am kept up-to-date by e-mail. I give this site "4 STARS" out of 5.

The website for Saks Fifth Avenue matches how the stores are perfectly! I like how simple and clean the design is. Menu functions are spaced out nicely and overall the whole website is very minimal in design. It is very easy to find what you are looking for a particularly designer because the Saksfifthavenue.com website has it organized in a submenu where it lists out all the designers they carry. I also have to point out that the images of the products for sale are beautifully photographed and high resolution with lots of zoom in options and views. Some items even have video clips to show even more detail! I LOVE this! I can sometimes spend longer than expected browsing on this website. The whole shopping and checkout experience on the website is also very easy and I have never encountered any bugs or problems. The whole checkout process is quick and you get a confirmation email immediately with details of order. Overall, a great online shopping experience to match the in-store one!

I ordered a something for a family member from www.saks.com for Christmas. I had ordered it about 2 weeks before Christmas. I think the site has a good layout, its very easy to view any items you are looking at. There are multiple pictures of the item so you can see it from different angles. There are reviews which I find very helpful. I like that free shipping promotional codes are always listed where you can see them on the homepage. So getting back to the order I placed. The product came very quickly. I ordered it and the next day it was shipped out. I received the item about a day or two after that. I could not believe how fast the process was. Also, when it arrived it was packaged very nice. I think www.saks.com is a great site. I find it a great site to browse on and I think it is a great site to purchase from. I also love that I can order items online and return them to the store. I recommend this site.
