Overall I like Saks Fifth Avenue. I think the website runs smoother than the bloomingdales website. In addition, there is an off 5th website (which is a website to the outlet). The regular Saks website seems to sometimes have less options than Bloomingdales and be a bit more expensive with less sales; however, the off 5th website has great deals with prices better than the other stores sales. In addition, it has a pretty large inventory for an outlet. They do have free shipping no matter what you spend which is a definite bonus that other high end websites do not have. Also, they have a 24/7 customer service number which is pretty great too. One thing to look out for: RETURNS!!!! Returns are only credited with the full price if it is within a 30 day window, which I personally feel is very small. After, you get a refund for the current selling price, which could be a dramatic drop! That is why I removed 2 starts from this website.

Saks Fifth Avenue is a high-end store that offers designer brands. Generally, there is NO way I can shop at this specific retailer due to the prices. I have found however that saks.com has amazing sales on their website! There are a very limited number of Saks stores so the fact that you can order online is a necessity for a large number of people if they wish to shop there. The website is extremely minimal and is set up just like most online retailers. You chose the category you want and then the subset within that category. You do have to sign up for the website to proceed with checkout but it is quick. They offer free shipping on all orders all the time. I have only had one problem with an order; they sent me the wrong size shirt. The customer service lady was extremely nice and we got the problem resolved quickly. They have a phone number and a chat option on the top part of their web page so you have more than one way to contact customer service. I cannot get even close to affording Saks normal priced items. I strictly order from their sale section. They have items for up to 75% off the normal price! I keep an eye on their sales because who does not like getting authentic designer brands for a low price? I recommend saks.com if you frequently purchase designer brands. If you are like me and cannot quite afford those brands at full price, check out the websites sale section! They have excellent deals.

www.Saks.com is a great upscale website that makes it easy to shop at Saks without having to travel, in my case, very far to get to the store. The website is really easy to navigate, and I think even novice Internet users would not have any problems with the site. When you get to the homepage, there are links for different departments you can shop in. These includ women's, beauty, mens, accessories, etc. These are broken down into even more specific departments, so you don't have to look thru the whole website to find exactly what you're looking for. Another nice aspect of this website is that you can read comments written by people who purchased the products you are looking at. That is helpful so you know exactly what to expect if you buy the item. The check out process is really convenient, and everything I ever bought arrived at my house really quickly. The photos are true to what the items look like in person, and the detailed descriptions on the website are completely accurate.

I really like this company. Their items tend to be a little pricier, but they are worth it. I think their website is visually appealing and easy to navigate. It is very easy to order on their website, and their shipping is timely. I have ordered several items from this store, almost always on sale, or through their outlet store. I have always been satisfied with the quality of the items upon receipt in the mail. I have ordered headbands, hats, and clothing. I look at it as an investment. The pieces I chose seem timeless to me and are so luxurious and beautiful that I plan on wearing them for many years to come. I have never had to use their customer service, so that is about the only aspect I cannot speak to. However, I look at it as a good thing. My favorite product that I wear all the time is the headbands. I think they especially ooze class and speak to the higher-end of the market. However, their sales make prices much more reasonable and affordable - for a splurge ever now and again - for most people. Just watch and wait. They will have it on clearance eventually. And even then, it will be beautiful and no one will know it was out of season or last year's item, especially if it is elegant and classy.

Saks Fifth Avenue used to rarely have any sales at all, but lately, I guess because of the economical struggles, they have been offering quite a large number of significant discounts from time to time. I'm not complaining at all. I'm enjoying this share of discounts. Saks Fifth Avenue has a huge amount of products for women and men as well. I like the time and detail that they have in put into making their website great. They have several different views of the product, and you are also zoom in so you have a great idea of what the material would look like up close and in person. They provide a great amount of detail on the product offering. They provide details of the fit, which is awesome because I prefer clothing that have a slimmer fit. They also have their own product line which is a great steal as well. However, I'm happy with my purchases from this site because I know that they were the lowest prices on that particular item at the particular time.
