I've had the various versions of this joystick through the years and have always considered it to be the best there is.  It's sturdy and packed with features.  The only drawback I found is the lack of game-specific .DAT files out there.  The manufacturer should provide more to show how versatile this joystick/throttle combo really is.  On the flip-side the included software to create your own is easy to use allows each control to be customized to your exact needs.
