Winnie Pooh High Chair - It's nice!

4

I recieved this Safety 1st Winnie the pooh high chair. The price I thought was really pricey for what you get. There is nothing "fancy" about this high chair. I would say it's average. If your looking for something to brag abotu and go crazy over, this product isn't for you. If your looking for a nice, winnie the pooh high chair than this is for you. I loved winnie the pooh, and that's why I wanted this high chair. It did it's purpose. I like the extra tray/snap on. I also like how it leans back, and your able to adjust it. Basically this is a nice average high chair, that does what it's supposed to do. I don't have any complaints besides price. I would suggest this to friends that were having a baby, as long as they understand it's not "high class".

Invest in a better highchair!

I can't describe how much I despise this high chair. First, the buckles are weird. I don't even know how I would describe them. About 90% of the time when I buckle it, I catch the skin of my finger in it. I've caught my daughters leg a couple times too. The brakes on the back wheels seem to lock up themselves. When the breaks aren't even on this high chair is the hardest thing to push around.. like the wheels lock up. The adjustable height is terrible. It will click and unclick, one time I adjusted it higher, put my daughter in and it collapsed back down to the shortest height. The recline sucks, it is pretty much the worst high chair I've ever seen. It was not a cheap-o high chair either, so I don't understand why it's so terrible. It is very unstable and shakes when she claps her hand or bounces a little in the seat. Just doesn't seem like the quality is as good as it should be for the price. Please please please invest in something a little better quality and don't get stuck with this chair like I did. Good luck and stay far, far away!

Safety 1st is fine in a pinch, but not for every meal

I purchased this high chair for my mother's house at a consignment sale and I was glad that I wasn't going to be using it every day.  The tray is small and is far away from the baby - my daughter had a tough time reaching for food and there wasn't an obvious way to make it closer.  The tray was also small and couldn't hold a lot.  The seat was not as comfortable for her as other high chairs we have found, although the Winnie the Pooh is cute.  Overall, it does the job if you need a high chair, but if I had to use it every day, I would go crazy.

This chair is sturdy and cute, but be careful .

This high chair has generally been very good, and the height adjustment and removable trays make it easily adaptable to the kitchen table or the breakfast island. The down side is that you need to be careful that the baby's fingers aren't exploring the tray at the same time you are sliding the tray into position (it pinches badly). The attached "honey pot" was fun for a while, but once pulled off couldn't be reattached. Finally, the adjustable height needs to be carefully controlled. Sometimes it didn't lock quite properly and slides down so easily it can get "jammed" in the complete "down" position.

A Great chair that grows with your child

**Safety 1st Winnie the Pooh High Chair is a great high chair that is well worth the price! I received this high chair as a gift  for my then 7 month old child and she is still using it today at 3 years of age. The chair is cream colored with a green and cream plaid seat and an embroidered winnie the pooh on the top back of seat. This seat cover is removable and washable in a washing machine, although it is so easy to wipe off I have never machine washed it . The chair has a snack tray built into it that has 3 compartments, 2 round and round long oval. There is a bigger tray that slides in over the snack tray and snaps into place. When this tray is not in use you can store it on a built in peg on the back of the high chair. There is a foot rest on the front of the chair and the chair can be positioned in 6 different hieghts, making this chair perfect for any occasion. The chair has 4 legs with locking wheels on each, so it is very safe and easy to manuver from room to room. This chair also has tilt back positions so that the child can sit straight up, semi, and lay back in the chair, like if they fall asleep in the high chair, you can just lean it back and let them sleep in it, safely. The seat has a lap belt that is adjustable plus it also has a harnes much like a car seat does as well. So your child will be extremely safe in this chair. The chair folds flat completely and can be stored anywhere. There are 3 positions to change the harness straps, so it grows with your child. This chair also comes with a poohs honey pot that attaches to the chairs tray, that your child can tip to get food out of, this is great for snacktime. This is one of the best made and thought out high chair i have ever seen, and the price is great as it grows with your child from 6 months-3 years. I love this high chair and so does my child. I highly recomend this chair over any others that I have seen.**

This safety first is a great highchair

This highchair is very convient.  It can be adjusted from low and tipped back for infant feeding, raised to normal height and then as they grow can be adjusted to slide up to the table.  It has a snap down tray that goes over the "real" tray.  It also has what they term a snack tray.  I think it is useless but does provide safety when taking the child out.

Good so far

Recieved this high chair as a Christmas gift for my now six month old, who is just starting to get into eating solid foods.  So far, it has served its purpose well.  She enjoys just sitting in it, even when she is not eating, so that she can see what is going on around and be more on our level.  I will put her in it when I am in the kitchen cooking, pile a few toys and she has a blast. As for the chair itself, it has a larger tray that slide on top of the smaller "snack" tray.  It is easy to remove and adjust, and stores easily on the back of the chair when not in use. The chair folds up easy for storage, although it is still a little bulky, but that is to be expected.  There is a "hunny pot" toy that attaches to the side of the larger tray that my little girl just loves, although I really don't know what could do with, she really can't reach it from the seat, but she is definitely intrigued by it. All in all, a great chair so far.
