Safety 1st Night light with Wall Outlet Review

I didn't know exactly what I was getting when I ordered it from diapers.com. It's a wall outlet cover that has a night light on top. You have to turn the plug outlet with the appliance plug in order to use the plug. I.e. when not in use, the two slots for the plug rest askew. When you plug-in the appliance, you turn the outlet cover with the plug in order to use it. Not sure if that makes sense, but it's safe with or without using an appliance in terms of lack of outlet hazard, and it has a light-sensitive night light on top that the baby/toddler doesn't seem to be interested in. (We had a Winnie the Pooh nightlight that was very tempting to mess with.)
